I may have to start going to this store again. The new manager, Amy, is awesome. The too great care of me. She was prompt to take my order and made it just as quickly, all with a smile on her face. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

I paid $17 for two medium cups of ice cream, got the vanilla ice cream and something tasted off about it. I never leave bad reviews or even reviews really at all. Just very upset about this.
This used to be our go-to place for fro-yo. The last couple of times we’ve visited this location, they have been out of all of the flavors we usually get and then some. Not clean and trash cans piled high. Such a disappointment ?

Brought our daughter too get a snack too sit outside and enjoy the weather , we’re all eating enjoying time as our daughter says look it’s a big in my ice cream so my fiance takes it into the lady and she said “ain’t no way a bug got in her ice cream we keep these doors shut at all times it probably came in the ice cream when yall went outside” mind you it was halfway gone so explain please ? The attitude was uncalled for !!!

Took our son out for a treat. We ordered him a scoop and us a frappe, but the young lady stated she didn't know how to make it. We asked if someone else could make it and she said she was the only one there. She didn't offer any alternatives so then we asked for a chocolate shake...
We sat down to eat and the shake tasted a little off, but it was $7 so we figured we'd drink it anyway.
Then we saw the young lady scrape the loose sprinkles and toppings back into their respective containers from the board with her bare hands.. And we threw our shake in the trash and left.
