This used to be our go-to place for fro-yo. The last couple of times we’ve visited this location, they have been out of all of the flavors we usually get and then some. Not clean and trash cans piled high. Such a disappointment ?

Place was not clean. Sad to see how this place has really gone downhill. Out of several ice creams. Workers act d like they couldn’t care less if they help you or not. Sad…this place won’t make it much longer if they keep this pace.

Brought our daughter too get a snack too sit outside and enjoy the weather , we’re all eating enjoying time as our daughter says look it’s a big in my ice cream so my fiance takes it into the lady and she said “ain’t no way a bug got in her ice cream we keep these doors shut at all times it probably came in the ice cream when yall went outside” mind you it was halfway gone so explain please ? The attitude was uncalled for !!!
Took our son out for a treat. We ordered him a scoop and us a frappe, but the young lady stated she didn't know how to make it. We asked if someone else could make it and she said she was the only one there. She didn't offer any alternatives so then we asked for a chocolate shake...
We sat down to eat and the shake tasted a little off, but it was $7 so we figured we'd drink it anyway.
Then we saw the young lady scrape the loose sprinkles and toppings back into their respective containers from the board with her bare hands.. And we threw our shake in the trash and left.
We won't be returning.

Came to this location tonight at 7:30 , open sign was on but door was locked. As we’re walking to the door looking inside the young lady just stood there staring at us. Didn’t say sorry we’re closed or nothing just staring. Not returning again. If you’re closed turn the sign off!!! Or at least acknowledge the customers.
