***UPDATE*** Lily made my friend and I sandwiches last week on Sunday, JULY 14. We left to find one slice of turkey on each of our turkey bacon ranch sandwiches on croissants. We've had them multiple times and if i could find my receipt i would make my complaint there. Good help is hard to find and Lily is not it.

I don’t know why I’ve been sleeping on HBH! After a friend brought my son a sandwich from this store a few months back, he had been anxious to eat here. A few Saturdays ago I relented and stopped by to dine in for lunch. The staff was friendly and patient. We took a while to figure out what we wanted because the menu was more diverse than we expected. We both settled on the club. I got the Mac and cheese. He got chips. The sandwiches were really. Too big for me to finish. The macaroni only needed pepper, which they provide. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely go back again. I’m also thinking of getting my next holiday meal catered by them. Of course I’ll say I cooked it all. ?

This my first time ever eating here and it wasn’t too great. The young man didn’t seem too knowledgeable about the menu items so I got what I saw on TikTok. The sandwiches wasn’t as good as I thought it would be especially for that price so I won’t be returning.

I just had to leave a glowing review for this place and my sales associate Kalynn.. This was my first time here and not only was the food good, but Kalynn’s customer service is superb. She made me and my daughter feel welcomed and was knowledgable and helpful when choosing an item, on top of being sweet and friendly. It’s so nice to run across great customer service, because most of these fast food restaurants make you wanna just fix something to eat at home with their rude behavior! I will definitely be back!

Extremely long line and wait times. Needed better organization for holiday pickups. Store is small and they had the rope lines weaving back and forth so made it hard to move or look at anything you might want to add to your order. It felt very claustrophobic. The hams are good but so expensive not sure it was worth the hassle.

You can dine in or carry out. I love the atmosphere when I walk into the place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The turkey is delicious. I would definitely tell a friend to tell a friend about all the variety of sandwiches. They also have holiday specials.

The person made my sandwich got it wrong and was upset had to remake. The broccoli bliss was not good. Normally its excellent. My visit this time was poorly.
Ok so two weeks ago I gave this place stats because it corrected my order and went above and beyond. Now today it's like Deja Vu. Once again my daughter left work to pick me and her coworker up a ham sandwhich. Once again she didn't check my order and upon taking it out of the bag the sandwhich felt heavy and hard as a brick. So she on her lunch break Once again had to take both sandwiches back up there. Such an inconvenience and waste of time, money and gas. People are on their lunch breaks taking time out of their day to get great food and service. Idk but I guess I'm expecting to much. HORRIBLE IT MUST BE THE COMPANY WORKERS EVERYWHERE BECAUSE THE SAME THING HAPPENED AT THE LOCATION IN CORDOVA. A week ago. For some reason I keep ordering ham classic sandwiches and getting pink tomatoes and one slice of ham. Not a happy camper.
