First time here — great food, good prices. Had my food out quick even though they were swamped. They seem to have lots of regulars. We will definitely be returning.

It was my first experience in this place. I kept feeling like I wasn't asking the right questions to the cashier or I wasn't understanding her. She never smiled, so I felt out of place. I will ask my husband to pick up my BBQ pizza from now on. My anxiety was too great after my experience. Some things are on the wall menu. Some things are specials on a chalkboard. I could not focus on what was available for which day. I wanted to love this place. It's ok.

I ordered the brisket sandwich special with okra and the brisket was super dry and awful. I am a huge brisket fan and this was one of the worst I’ve had. I like Ty’s but I will never get the brisket again. The okra was good though.

First time here 6/21/25 I've been in MS/TN since Oct 2024. I have tried at least 10 different bbq places. I'm from Texas and with that being said...this is the BEST bbq that I've had since I've been here hands down. These are actual rib tips not those riblet things. MAN!! The flavor and they are seasoned for the Gawds! Perfection!! I will definitely be back. The young lady at the counter was very sweet and kind. I have a new spot. Whew!!

This was our first time here and we ordered the bar b que nachos (on fries with chicken and jalapeños) and the rib tips. The food was flavorful. So flavorful that we didn’t get to take pics 😂. Highly recommend.

Rib Tips sucks very dry and over cooked I could not digest the meat it had no BBQ sauce to go with it will never eat their agin my first impression will be my last no live in the preparation.

Ok so: coleslaw 1/10: no seasoning and warm 0: seasoned but weird after taste Rib 0: tasted like they were at least a day old. Tough to chew and not a lot of flavor. Dry as leather. The banana pudding looks like it came out of a cheap cardboard box with random bananas on it. I expect better food when I come to Tennessee for bbq since I was suggested this place. Some of the worst bbq I’ve eaten
Go gettem.. yes sir good BBQ. STOP AND GET THE RIBS..

My 1st visit to Ty's and I will be back. I went during the lunch hour on a Friday. It was at half capacity. I usually order pulled pork when getting BBQ but wanted to try the beef brisket. Wow so tender and smoky! You order at the counter and seat yourself. Our food arrived in 3 minutes. They have several flavored sauces to choose from. Weekly specials offered Mon- Thu. Really happy i went here based on a recommendation. Nice behind counter staff taking orders! UPDATE 5/18/25. Went back for 2nd visit. Had the Pork sandwich this time. So impressed with the smoky taste. I love this place. And got another 1lb brisket to go. It just melts in your mouth. So tender.

I'm rating the lunch hamburger steak special. I've eaten the BBQ before and it's good, but this steak was like pressed meat, not fresh ground meat. The mashed potatoes were instant mp. And the green beans tucked. I once trued the chicken, thought it was half a bone in chicken by description, turns out it was a skinless chicken breastfeeding that tasted freezer burnt. The pig tails are good and catfish, and chicken strips are great, ill give those a five star.

Here's a shining gem in Bartlett. BBQ is very subjective and opinionated here in the Mid South. I guarantee you this is some of the best I've ever tasted. Great staff and service. Price is a bargain for something this delicious... highly recommended
