I went and got a dozen donuts this morning and the shop had a new girl working and as I'm explaining what donut I wanted the owner comes over and just starts taking over while im in the middle of ordering and then because she just took over she ended up getting half my order wrong and ended up forgetting 3 of my donuts and when I told her she forgot them she tried to make me pay for the 3 that she forgot and I told her I was not going to pay for them since I already paid for a dozen and she messed up. In my opinion it's very unprofessional to just come over and start taking over for someone else and then mess up the order

Awesome apple fritters! Other baked goods looked amazing. Plenty of bottled beverages. Coffee wasn’t the greatest but the apple fritter made up for it.

I rarely leave a negative review but this experience has me very irritated. I came by late in the afternoon because I was waiting on my niece to finish her school service project nearby. I wasn't expecting top of the line products, as I imagine the donuts have been out all day, but was not expecting what happened either. I'm not even in the mood to go into detail, so: -donut as expected -small"fresh" coffee was $1.99 and reheated in the microwave -creamer was old and separating -owner lounging behind the counter and coughing loudly the entire time -spider crawled out of the napkins I grabbed I guess it's what I get for being cheap. I trashed the coffee and left. Next time I'll happily fork over too much money for a coffee at Panera.

Pictures are way better then actual food received.The biscuits are nothing like the pictures. Bec is only 1 small pieces of bacon,, regular hotel eggs put on biscuits .And they are very slow on service

These Donuts at US Donuts are always delicious, but the only thing is they never seem to have my cinnamon twists prepared anymore when I go in. I guess that is a good thing for them though that means customers come in and buy them all the time because they obviously like them as much as I do.
