What can I say, it's fast food, junk food the service is poor at Best Buy people that don't want to work there. I was in a hurry and it was the lesser of the three evils I had choices to.

The server was pleasant and helpful. Fries came out hot but everything else was lukewarm. I also ordered a 20ct nugget and they shorted me 5. I literally didn't get 25% of what I paid for. I hate to think we have to count nuggets now.

12:15pm on a Monday, middle of what should be the lunch rush and the food is cold??? Fries are room freakin temperature straight from the drive thru window! C'mon man. Aren't the fries under heat lamps? Are they not working? Have they been sitting out on a counter for hours or something? That lunch was definitely not worth my $8. 😡

System down again, so no food. They really need to revamp this location because I am always having issues. I can’t imagine they make a ton of money at this location if the system goes down every other day.
Food was cold and people where rude. Had a simple order and was sittin in a parkin spot for 20 minutes and they were sloooooow. Literally no cars in line

I ordered at the drive thru. September 18 around 6:25 pm. The gentleman taking my order was polite and patient. I approached the window I was greeted with a smile with a yes ma'am and thank you. When i received my food excellent appearance, hot and fresh. I was so amazed. That comes from a great shift manager that knows how to control the shift as well as proper training. I give them a 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work.

Cold food and mass confusion due to receiving half the order.at the window then being told to pull past the window . 30 min to receive full order . No spoon for frosty. Covid is gone excuses are running thin.
Also language should be professional.

After being turned away next door at KFC, I went to Wendy’s hoping for a better experience. I ordered two sandwich combos and specifically asked for fresh fries. The staff acknowledged the request and asked me to pull over to wait — which I did, for 10 full minutes.
Imagine my frustration when I got home and opened the bag, only to find that the fries were clearly not fresh. The container was mostly filled with crumbs and over-fried bits — not even enough to count as a proper portion. It honestly looked like the bottom of the fryer. If they couldn’t give me fresh fries, they should’ve just said so instead of having me waste my time waiting for nothing.
To make matters worse, both sandwiches were thrown together so poorly, it made me question if anyone in the kitchen actually cared about the quality of the food they’re serving.
After a long day and a disappointing experience at KFC, this was the last thing I needed. At the very least, I expected to get what I paid for — and that didn’t happen here.
Do better, Wendy’s.
