Well, lets see...First off, this is based on repeated experiences at this location, so this isn't a one-off/bad day situation.1) Please explain why I am NEVER given my receipt. Its almost comical at this point. This seems like an encouraged tactic. No receipt = no way to complain later. Win=win, right?2) They totally hold cars back from the window to cheat the drive through timing system. Absolutely. Every day. All shifts. Why isn't corporate doing something about this? McDonalds solved that problem in the 90s.4) Mornings seem to be better than evenings. Staffing matters.5) The drink machine inside is out of ice - AGAIN - still. Then your counter staff get angry because we have to get ice from them. Not a good look.6) Depending on your visit, you "may" get hot food or not so hot food. One item may be great and the rest may be old/stale/not fresh.There are some workers that DO care. We appreciate you - just not the snarky co-workers who seem to act like a reasonable request like ICE for a drink is more of a hassle to their day.Your mileage WILL vary.

I sat for over 15 minutes at the drive-up window just so I can pick up a mobile order. That's not the worst part the chick was so rude. She intentionally made me wait longer because I said are you going to take my order. Telling me I can hear you. I didn't say anything wrong I don't care if she can hear me I sit here while you did nothing and it's old

The store was dirty and there was water all over the floor around the drink machine area which was dirty. It was 10 AM and they had no iced tea made. I was very disappointed.

The service is slow. I had to get my food 30 minutes. It was Chili and had no big cups. They gave me small cups, and 2 was not full. I asked for 3 large and 1 small.

Im currently in line after 1 hour of waiting. Told the ONLY CAR in front of me not to pull up - goals is to deter other customers from ordering.Watched staff smoke weed in the parking lot and hang out with friends while we waited to order . It’s NOW 1030- I was here early enough and far from close. Staff told me don’t order it would be 15 mins, but my wife wants chili so I asked about waiting. Now I’m here an hour later STILL waiting - Unprofessional, rude and slow. Take the drive to another location. I hoped this one would be different….

The food is ok but do yourself and wait in the drive thru the inside is kinda clean but there are no napkins no ketchup or anything like that and the drink machine is always broken and they look at you like you're crazy when you ask for a drink and

EDIT: Gave them another chance a month ago (late Sept) and everything actually went well. Been back 3 more times since and was good each time! New management maybe? Either way, I'll leave my old review up, but I'm adding this edit and bumping up to four stars for now.I've been going here occasionally for probably near 30 years. Place has had its ups and downs, but ever since around 2020 around 75% of our visits have been in some way bad. Often laughably bad even. Drive-thru lines almost always take 20 to 30 minutes to get through, even with only 4 or 5 cars in the line. The employees do weird stuff like yell out the window to insist we not pull up the window until they say we can, probably so they can make their customer service speed numbers look good by cheating. At least half of the times I go, they are out of something I order, whether its no lettuce, or no salads, or no fries, or the frosty machine is down, which makes having waited in line so long to get to the speaker more frustrating. Lately the employees are a joke too. At best we are greeted with a very unenthusiastic "welcome to Wendy's...." with no "may I take your order" or anything else. Sometimes they just mumble "Go ahead with your order". Today I took my family to get frostys to celebrate my oldest passing her drivers test. Usual slow line with only 4 cars, usual bummed out worker on speaker, and made us wait to pull to the window. When we got to the window my wife asked if we could add an extra frosty and the gal at the window huffed and said "I done already had made these ones, now I got to make another one". She looked so angry as she got another cup and pressed a button for 4 seconds... That was when I said, yeah, I'm gunna finally drop a review for this pitiful place.

Avoid at all when possible. Absolutely ridiculous wait everytime. How can you have a mobile order system that doesn't mobile order. Apparently it only sends your order to the store which does not make your order until you get there essentially eliminating the mobile order. Waiting almost an hour is absurd for a drive thru MOBILE order. Then on top they can't get the order right.

Genuinely disgusting. I almost cried when i ate my breakfast this morning. The lady was old and grumpy. Just a complete waste of time and money. Please cook better.

This Wendy’s has a system to were you have to stay back in the drive thru. I am assuming it is so they can keep there customer wait time down. That way when corporate reviews wait time it appears that they are doing an exceptional job. Well I am here to tell you they are not.They will have the customer wait, by requesting them to stop right when it is your turn to pull up. The wait for me was about 10 mins. I call this cheating the system. By doing this speed time will be addressed because it’s not recorded. Well I am here to tell you the wait is long.

The cashier handed me a medium drink when I ordered a large. I brought this to her attention and she said well I rang up a medium. I told again thay I ordered a large. She rolled her eyes and told me to pull up. I also asked for a handull of chili seasoning. A young man brought out my food and there was no chili seasoning. I told him that I needed a handfull of chili seasoning and he walked away with attitude. Four minutes later he cane out with it but with attitude. I told him to have a nice day and no response. If you are so miserable at your job QUIT!!!
