I was asked to pull up because they were making my food fresh. Only to receive a spicy chicken sandwich that was cold like it came from the fridge instead of hot grease. The nuggets were hot, but the fries were not. Complete waste of time and money. Oh, and if you call, they will not answer the phone.

If I had the option to give zero stars I definitely would!!!! My husband decided on Wendy’s before starting his shift and he drives off with what was supposed to be his order instead to find a snowball burger in place of his order hell at least they were able to get the toppings correct. This is ridiculous to be an establishment that serves food this is truly unacceptable. Management was made aware of this after turning around to be informed that an employee decided this would be a good joke and his actual order was supposed to be in the bag along with the snow burger , NEVER AGAIN !!

Frosty's are "sold out" for the night. I'm not exactly sure how that works, but I'd say it's either inadequate process, poor inventory management, or personnel issues. Either way, it really shouldn't happen if the organization was responsible. Maybe it's time for Wendy's to just close this location and let a business that's truly interested in serving the public take over the space.

I ordered 30 chicken nuggets, medium fries, large Drink, and 2jr frosties. I drove 2 miles to Kroger. My nuggets were cold, my fries were missing, and when I called to let them know they didn't answer the phone. Sooo not happy ???

The restaurant is usually pretty clean, as it was this time. But the service is incredibly slow and the employees are civil at best. Also, at least one item in my order is missing or incorrect most every time I go there.
