Awesome customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience here! Secret menu they have gives the customer more variety of options. One item I love is the brunch wimpy! I will definitely come here again

This was my first time getting food from here. I mean, it wasn’t the worst, but for how much it cost, everything, and I mean everything, on the burger was over cooked. The meat was dry & crunchy, the bun was toasted to a point of being kind of hard, and the grilled onions were black. Not to mention the lettuce on mine was thin & limp, like it was old, not like from being on a burger. My husbands burger was also in the same state. He talked so highly about the food, but hadn’t had it in some time. This was pretty disappointing.

Alert ! Do not ! I mean do not come to this location! Very unprofessional! I ordered a wimpy burger with additional toppings. They made my burger completely wrong . So I explained what I ordered and the cook told me he put everything I asked on the burger when I’m literally looking at it . immediately asked for a refund and I was told that they don’t give refunds to any customers. I never heard of that in my life ! So o proceeded to put in a complaint with BBB. Guess what guys they are not BBB certified! Do not come here !! Bartlett location!

I really enjoyed the turkey burger with buttered bun! The sweet potato fries with sweet dipping sauce were so amazing! The fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and melted in my mouth on the inside. Delicious! They also had good music playing that was family friendly.

Best part of the meal was the sweet potato fries. Crisp on the outside, not burnt. Then the inside just melts in your mouth. Some of the best I've had in a long time.

This wasn't a good experience unfortunately. The young lady behind the counter was super friendly. Everything else wasn't too good. The AC was struggling. The thermostat read 84° inside so it was too warm for me. I ordered a patty melt. It was the worst patty melt I've ever eaten. I didn't catch it when she told me what comes on it. Pickles don't belong on that kind of burger. Then the cook smashed the whole sandwich on the grill, bread and all! It was like trying to bite through cardboard! The onion rings and shake were good, so that's why I gave them 2 stars. It's right around the corner from my job so maybe I'll try again, just now time soon.

Not only was the eating area clean, the womens bathroom was handicap accessible and had a baby changing station.

Food was amazing... BUT it felt a touch pricey for the nature of the meal. Marketed as a average burger joint...priced more like a gourmet burger.

First time trying Wimpy's, grabbed a pickup order of a Wimpy burger (Wimpy's Way), and battered fries, with Wimpy's sauce. Lots of Wimpy-branded menu items to choose from.

The burger was great! Nicely seasoned and tasted excellent. Bit greasy but not excessive. The sauce had a nice pepper spice to it, and fries were crispy and had good potato flavor, which is something not all fries are great at, ironically. The service was friendly as well, and the atmosphere was worth a dine-in next time.

Definitely would return! For a $12 fast food type meal, this is up there in the pyramid of burger joints in its category.

Unfortunately, this place just isn’t what it used to be.

Ever since the original owner sold the business, the quality has taken a nosedive. I waited 35 minutes and paid $17 for a burger that was drier than a truckload of salt in the Sahara. It was overcooked, flavorless, and frankly disappointing.

It’s a shame to see a once-great burger spot lose its edge—not only is the food no longer great, it’s not even good anymore.
