I usually enjoy the food here but unfortunately I will not be returning. 1/26/25 I received the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a young lady name Taylor. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager.

I ordered two combos and was given sweet potatoes fries for one of the orders. After checking the food before leaving the restaurant I noticed the two different fries and went to the counter to inform them of their mistake. Taylor refused to take accountability and repeated argue with me that I asked for that so that’s what I got. I told her I have never had sweet potato fries and didn’t even know they sold them so I know for a fact I did not ask for something I’m not aware of. She argued with me back and forward and refused to replace the fries and told me I can get the ones I want if I pay AGAIN for her to correct them. I told her this is unacceptable for her behavior especially for her to be the general manager and she needs to correct the order. She created a very loud , uncomfortable, and hostile scene and then walked away disrespectfully while I was still talking to her and went to the back of the store.

I have left a voice message for whoever her direct report is to contact me and so far I have not received a returned call. I will never step a food in this established again.

Burgers were delicious. Prepared fresh. Staff friendly. Diverse menu. Highly recommend!

First time here. Food was excellent. Cooked fresh in front of us and exactly to order. Burgers are smash style so you gotta know how to anppreciate a good one. Appetizer came quick and food wasn’t far behind. Very clean and friendly staff. Will be back

My food was DELICIOUS omg !! I ordered the chicken philly fries the wimpy burger and another combo as soon as they opened. I couldn’t stop eating the fries I will post pictures next time I visit.

Waited an hour past pick up time. Forgotten onion rings. Over cooked fried pickles. No adult seen and kids fighting in the kitchen. Complete waste.

Every time I go there it's clean. Taylor the owner is always polite & hospitable. I like that they listen to K-love & it's not loud ghetto twerking music, with profanity. I love the sweet tea & fried mushrooms that were sliced. Not whole mushrooms full of juice that burn my mouth when I take a bite lol. Fresh, real chicken tenders not processed & breaded. I would definitely recommend visiting.

Wimpy’s Burgers and Fries was a hidden gem right in the heart of Bartlett. Our food was great! I had the Turkey burger and fries. The burger was great, the fries were crispy. Service was excellent and friendly. Will definitely be a return guest many times over. Make sure to check out the hidden menu before you order!

Been to this Wimpys 2 times and voth times Patties was dry and tasted like pure salt.Pattys seemed precooked.Fries cold.The one in Southaven pattys and fries always cooked fresh and hot.Will not come back to this
