The manager Sierra was extremely friendly. The store was clean and my food was fresh. Great store and even better food!! I live 20 minutes away and will bypass the store close to me to get the experience here at this location.

I ordered from the Bartlett Wingstop a couple weeks back via DoorDash my delivery time kept being pushed back then all of a sudden I got a notification saying my order had been delivered but it hadn’t. I called Wingstop and explained what happened and they guy that answered the phone had the audacity to say I stole the order, I was absolutely floored I have had issues from this location in the past but decided to give them another try after about 8 years and let me just say this I will never order from this location ever again their customer service is the absolute WORST!!!!! I would leave 0 stars but that wouldn’t allow me to.

My original order was Mild wings, 4 tenders and fries. The tenders were super juicy and tasty, the fries were honestly mid but no complaints, and the wings were not good. When i came back tho? The staff was EXCELLANT. They offered to remake my WHOLE order, and suggested the original hot (DONT GET MILD, ITS FLAVORLESS 😭) They definitely know customer service, KD especially made sure I was taken care of. Again, IF YOU DONT LIKE HOT FLAVOR, GET THE ORIGINAL HOT ANYWAY BECAUSE MILD AINT IT) The rest of the staff was super chill too, definitely recommend!!! 👌

Ok firstly the place had a foul smell to it ! I was thinking maybe I’m overreacting … food was fresh but why in the world was my chicken rubbery why was my fries overly salty the corn had no flavor to it the drinks taste awful . I spent good money for my food to be played with and over while in my presence I’m upset ! Had so many people handing my food it’s ridiculous ! I rarely eat out but when I spend my money I expect good services and I didn’t receive it today .
Placed an online order at 3:30pm and never received my food.

Really wish I could leave zero stars restaurant has been on the downfall but last night just did it. This is the most unprofessional restaurant in Bartlett. Management is poor and workers are unserious. I know it’s hard to keep good workers but they have ruined this location for me for good.

I placed an order using the app. The app didn’t refresh the location and placed at the wrong location (Totally my fault.) I called the location several times and I have yet to speak to someone. I waited on hold for 30 mins. I called back, someone’s picked up the phone and hung it up. Although this mistake was on me, it is truly unprofessional to hang the phone up in someone’s face. Not didn’t receive my food, I did not revive a refund. If the food is still at the store, why can’t I arlene my money back?

Came to the location, trying to get food. Went to the restaurant to give them some grace due to the fact that it was busy. Come back, waiting for them to come to me. Couldn’t stand for long due to the fact that I’m pregnant. Allow everyone To skip me . It’s just crazy that this location is going downhill.
