I would not recommend this Wingstop !! they left out some of my food twice and when I called, they were very rude. Didn’t wanna fix it. I would not recommend this Wingstop. They need to do better with their service.

The Food is never ready at a reasonable time, I’ve came a handful of times and I still have to wait 1 hr 30 min to 2 hr to receive my food and it isn’t even large orders. Won’t be coming back

The people have no idea what they doing order said ready in 20min been waiting 40 smelt like marijuana in store every bout is setting around the store waiting on orders im setting here and i asked about my order and no one told anything i just edit the review to add i see the manager in guess just leaning on the counter on the opposite side of the cashier just telling workers what to do and not even helping then during the rush they are having just laughing and talking do look like they even care to be here.

Upon entering your location at 2839 Bartlett Blvd, I was immediately struck by how loud the music was, which created an environment more like a nightclub than a place to enjoy a meal. When I entered I had to wait for the cashier to finish talking with a friend about his haircut, which made the service feel unprofessional and unorganized. After finally receiving my order, I noticed several issues once I got home. The fries were simply in the bag uncovered, with the cold dipping sauce placed directly on top of them. This not only made the fries cold but was also an unsatisfactory presentation. Additionally, there were no napkins provided, which is an essential part of any takeout order. As a first-time customer, for some reason I did not receive a receipt for my purchase, which I found odd and concerning. Extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service and the way my meal was handled.

I’ve had two experiences at this location. The first it took 2 hours to get our food and the order wasn’t right. I gave it another try and ordered online this time and it still wasn’t ready on time and I got food poisoning a few hours after eating it. We love Wingstop but will not be returning to this location.:(

I placed an online order here and when I came to pick it up I was greeted by a manager wearing a Trump Vance 2024 shirt. Based on what those two have said about women and gay people I do not feel safe, as a lesbian, eating here anymore. Wingstop supports 100% the rhetoric that these two men are saying about us by proudly wearing their merchandise at their place of business. I am not welcome here and will not be returning.

I keep trying thinking the service will be better and it gets worse. I ordered food two hours ago, and it’s still not ready. You can not reach a live person and ver when you try to call the store. When I do receive my food, it is ALWAYS cold! This is ridiculous! I will not be ordering from them ever again.
