Really wish I could leave zero stars restaurant has been on the downfall but last night just did it. This is the most unprofessional restaurant in Bartlett. Management is poor and workers are unserious. I know it’s hard to keep good workers but they have ruined this location for me for good.

I placed an order using the app. The app didn’t refresh the location and placed at the wrong location (Totally my fault.) I called the location several times and I have yet to speak to someone. I waited on hold for 30 mins. I called back, someone’s picked up the phone and hung it up. Although this mistake was on me, it is truly unprofessional to hang the phone up in someone’s face. Not didn’t receive my food, I did not revive a refund. If the food is still at the store, why can’t I arlene my money back?

Came to the location, trying to get food. Went to the restaurant to give them some grace due to the fact that it was busy. Come back, waiting for them to come to me. Couldn’t stand for long due to the fact that I’m pregnant. Allow everyone To skip me . It’s just crazy that this location is going downhill. Shocked at the overall reviews. My experience was top-notch for bone-in Louisiana rub. I live in Jackson, TN, and they do not put any seasoning on the Louisiana rub to taste it. Friendly staff, clean establishment.
This reminded me how good Wing Stop is when done right.

Staff was rude and nonchalant. I came to pick up my order and was told he gave it to someone else and it was nothing he could do about. The lack of concern made me feel horrible. I will never go to this location again
If you want your order to be correct, don’t go to wingstop. My order was very simple and only 1 flavor. The employees were unhelpful and it was cold. I drove back to the Wingstop only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing.

Food was perfectly prepared. Service was great because I did a mobile order and they pulled it immediately 7pm getting my name. Location was busy and clean. Customers were talking to one another and it had a good vibe.
Thanks T-Mobile for reminding me to stop by at that location today. Everything was great and I will be returning.
