I sat at the window for about 10 minutes on my lunch break and the lady in the window wouldn’t get off the computer she looked at me several times and continued to ignore me she could have told me it would be a second she looked absolutely “ ecstatic” to be an employee I could feel the energy will not be eating this again on my break not to mention I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time

The pizza has always been great, but today I ordered the chicken fettuccini and omg!!! How could pizza plus dare sell anything so disgusting. It smelled and tasted bad. It was called fettuccini but it was spaghetti noodles and there wasn’t near enough Alfredo sauce. Please make some adjustments.
The website isn't functional. I wasted a good 10 minutes trying to set up and account (which I didn't want - there is no option to order as a guest) to order and it wouldn't work. Then I called for delivery. They told me it would close to an HOUR when I am located 7 minutes away. The person who answered the phone was rude. Asked for my phone number. Name. Nothing else. Hung up. I thought my address might have come up with my phone number. Nearly 2 hours later, nothing. I call back. They put it in as pick up. So, they said it would take nearly an HOUR for a pick up? This is the second time this has happened to me. I didn't use them for years because of the same experience the first time. The only reason I tried again today is because I am sick and wanted something easy for my children. I cancelled because I can't pick up and now my kids are hungry, disappointed, and I get to fix a late dinner while sick. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this location.
