I will no longer eat at this restaurant because they've stopped letting their customers use the restrooms. Because I'm no longer allowed to use their john, I won't eat there again.

Horrible experience my order was not correct from online order said it would be ready by 7:30 they hadn't even started it when I arrived at 7:40 wasn't toasted didn't have anything on it but a little meat and pickles I ordered lettuce, tomato,olives the second sandwich was the spicy nacho it only had chicken and sauce nothing else that it comes with the employees were extremely rude

Worst customer experience ever. Did not get order right from online ordering. Had not even started 2 subs when I got there. Asked for refund was told they could not refund has to go through app. App says refund at store. So this restaurant got paid for 3 subs and a tip and I received nothing. Call their number and is disconnected. Will never get business frome again.

the two women that was in there was hateful the one that rung the order up went to give me my change and it went all over the counter and floor the one that fixed the food was mixing the order up and rude and like I said hateful

I will never darken the door of Subway in Bean Station again. This makes the second time I visited this store in the last couple weeks and both times the same guy has worked.. not sure if he is the manager or not. Smart mouth, rude, nothing available. This place is a joke. You need to clean house and get people that actually wants to work..
Seems they never know how to make the specialty sandwiches and are a bit more stingy with the meats and veggies than other locations. Or they are out of everything. They left bacon off my sandwich that supposed to have it. She acted mad I asked for it then threw it in the oven and then it got stuck in there somehow and they never could get it out. Other subway employees are so much more professional.
