Gregory’s Beechgrove Country Store feels like stepping into a warm Southern morning where the coffee is fresh, the smiles are genuine, and the food tastes like it was made with care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted like family. The sweet tea hit that perfect country sweet spot, smooth and refreshing. The bacon had just the right crisp, and the biscuit and gravy was the kind of good that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. The place is small enough to feel personal, where you can see the front door and every friendly face that walks in. It is comfort food and kindness served the way it is meant to be.

Have eaten here about a dozen times over the past 6 weeks and have always had good food at lunch. Once I stopped for breakfast though we ate lunch and breakfast both while working in the area. Will be back in about 2 weeks for 5 or 6 more days and plan to make it a twice a day stop. As one person commented that the service is a bit iffy at times they make up for it. Finding enough good help is difficult as I well know with my own business to run.

The family stopped by on the way to the Bell Buckle craft festival. What a great location. The food was great and the service was even better. Will be back!

Our server was very nice. She was the best part of our visit. The wings were fried til the skin was dark. They were a little over cooked but still tasted good. The BBQ pork had a good smoke smell and tasted decent. The chicken fried steak and gravy was just okay. The okra was bland and needed salt in my opinion.

Just had lunch and what great food. The chicken and dressing was absolutely great and the fried apples were like my grandma made. The sweet potato casserole was the best ever.If you are looking for a great experience, please try here. The service was what a restaurant thrives for these day,the nice lady was so pleasant and made you feel welcomed.

Service is terrible. I’m not one to complain and this may be the first google review I’ve ever left but feel this is necessary to hopefully help make a change. I stopped for lunch today 10/10. I sat and patiently waited for the server. It was just her and there were customers at 4 other tables, but after waiting 20 minutes and watching her check on the other tables even bringing refills to the table next to me, I figured she’d come to me next, but nope she goes back to the kitchen. Then another 5 minutes goes by, 2 gentlemen walk in and have a seat, within 3 minutes she walks up and takes their order and back to the kitchen she goes. At that point I got up and left and don’t know if I’ll be back. I used to frequent beech grove country store but it unfortunately has gone down hill, since Trisha and her family sold it.

We stopped off at this place for lunch halfway through a 9 hour drive. The food was excellent and perfect for a long drive. Not a huge menu, but the burgers, BLT, and chicken sandwich were on point. And the local made ice cream was to die for.

The service was great and the atmosphere was super fun! Local goods, vintage decor, great music. You will not regret taking this small detour.

Good little biscuit spot. Stopped at 9:30 on a Tuesday for a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and a biscuit&gravy to go, in and out in 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Great food, thick juicy sausage patty. Will stop again.
