Happened upon this gem while my son was playing basketball up the road at Webb. Not only was it the best meal I’ve had in a very long time - quite possibly of all time, it was served by some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. It’s a shame what’s happening to their business, but I can’t wait to see where they land. I’ll be there ready to go wherever it is (please come to Franklin).

Felt an other-worldly attraction to the town of Bell Buckle, I understand why now. Happened to see the small front of Alley BBQ and was instantly pulled in (by my instinctual hunger mostly). Was blessed by the food as well as the company. The family welcomed me as a friend and not just a customer, and I left with not only a full stomach and a slaked appetite (the BBQ was amazing), but also a resolved spirit and edified mind. Picked up a bowl of Brisket Chili and some Banana Pudding after work today. They were both delicious. Had a great time visiting while waiting on our order. Worth the drive to Bell Buckle. 😋

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at m Alley BBQ The food was consistently bland and failed to meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, my concerns with the food were overshadowed by the management's unprofessional behavior. The family's tendency to invoke their Christian values as a justification for their actions was not only alienating, but also damaging to the community. Their behavior has stirred up unnecessary trouble and tension in our small town, making it clear that changes are needed. As a customer, I hope to see significant improvements in both the quality of food and the management's approach to customer service and community relations.

Was excited when I first heard they were going to open a bbq joint. Me and my family went down for their opening day and it was a mess. We were 2nd ppl in line and ordered 2 full rack of ribs and Brisket. We waited over an hour just to get 1 rack and our Brisket. The ribs were completely inedible and Brisket was over cooked. Since they couldn't give us the other rack of ribs they gave us a credit for future ribs.

It was their opening day so we gave them a pass. A couple weeks later we decided to go get our credit ribs and some more Brisket. Brisket was cooked right this time but ribs were once again completely inedible.

Since ppl seemed to be giving them good reviews I thought maybe we were just getting unlucky. Tried them two or three more times and every time Brisket was not good. Only other thing we got that was good was a Brisket taco they had one day. I gave up on them bc it just has never been good.

They have been stirring up ppl in town and not being cooperative from info I gathered. They def seek attention and try to use religion to garner support.

All the town stuff doesn't involve me so stayed out of it. I had no issue with any of them until recently so now I'll give my honest review now.

Try it if you want but there is much better bbq all around

Great brisket. The best we've had. You can make two sandwiches with all the meat you get on a sandwich. Great service and a great family. It has been great to meet the family. They are all so polite, kind, and respectful. It's nice to do business with people that don't have to tell you they are Christians, because you can tell it from their words and actions. We wish them the best with their new business and recommend them to anyone looking for great barbeque and great service. We look forward to eating more bbq and getting to know them better.

Not bad but not too great, flavor of the brisket was good but you could tell it was dry that’s why it was chopped up. The bbq sauce was good and coleslaw was good.
The staff were very nice and friendly. Great spot

We had high hopes, but the food fell short.
The Mac and cheese was sticky and no flavor, same with the potato salad. The beans were floating in barbecue sauce.
The pulled chicken was very dry and the pork wasn’t too bad. The brisket was slim , 3 pieces for $14.
For the price it was pretty disappointing
My 14 year old grandson who eats a lot was not interested in it , not even the Mac and cheese.
Maybe it was a bad day because it was a holiday.

As native Texans, we have searched all over Middle Tennessee for Texas BBQ. I know each region of the country has their own version of what BBQ is, but if you are looking for authentic Texas meat, this is your place. Everything we tried from the sauce to the meat to the smoked pecan pie was absolutely delicious. Precious family too. Don’t pass up the opportunity to indulge in this gold nugget in Bell Buckle.

Yum is an understatement. Owners are awesome and friendly. Do you have a chance to come visit please do so let’s keep them in business for a long time. They also sell Nash family creamery ice cream so come get some.

The smell from the outside is the closest thing to smoke you're going to taste here. The brisket sandwiches we ate had hardly any smoke flavor and were tough, dry, and cold. Not to mention the portion size of meat on the sandwiches was almost non existent. Definitely not worth the price.
