They are completely trash and should not hold the Subway title. Their hours are posted on the door and app to close at 9, but yet at 8:15pm, an employee is giving me the cut neck motion like, “we closed”. Wowwww

I came in to get 10 plain turkey sandwiches for us to eat while setting up for a wedding and was told they cannot do that because I didn’t give them advanced notice. I could have understood if they were busy but the only people in the store were myself and the two behind the counter. Very poor attitude in flexibility for being an empty store. I guess they don’t need the business.

They LITERALLY never make any of my sandwiches correctly. I work in the food service industry and I undertake sometimes there are mistakes. But my food is NEVER correct and the service is honestly terrible. I got lied to about my food and when I checked my sandwich, they made me feel like I was stupid for checking. When I said to them that my sandwich was not right, they replied that they made it exact to order and 3 ingredients were completely left off my food and I double checked my online order to make sure I didn't forget anything. I in fact had it correct, and the employees lied to my face.
