Best burgers in the Southeastern Tennessee area. We drive all the way from Georgia just to be near the Home of the Chubby Burger! Don't be in a big hurry though. 45 minute wait for lunch.

Started out with a friendly waitress, then discovered that both burgers that had been ordered, were pink in the middle, very pink. When brought to the attention of the waitress she was shocked, and wanted to know what we wanted to about it, I informed her that I didn't think we should have to pay for raw hamburgers. She left, and the owner / manager/father of the waitress came to the table and said " I will take your payment now ." Then ask if he was the manager he said no, I am the owner and you yelled at my daughter. No voices then ask if he was the manager he said no, I am the owner and you yelled at my daughter. No voices had been raised to his daughter, in fact we were extremely polite. The owner stated we cook our burgers to temperature. I informed him he needed to raise his temperature because pink burgers can make people ill. We left our food there, I ended up paying The full bill. We will not be going back there due to rude management and piss poor food.

I love this place so much. Every time I’m in town visiting I make sure to dine here at least once! The people who own the place and the people who work there are just so incredible!! The place is so amazing that even my food was smiling!!
