Today, 4/12/25, was mine and my husband’s first experience with Ruby’s Diner. We went for the home style feel and breakfast. We had a small wait since the line was out the door. Apparently everyone around loves this place. It was a hidden gem. The people waiting in line were chatty and friendly like we’d known each other a long time. The portion sizes were plentiful. The food was great. Our bill was less than $20. The staff was nice, attentive, friendly, and had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves. We will return.

I have been there several times, never been disappointed. From breakfast to lunch, it has all been good. I just ate a cheeseburger there for the first time today. Fresh, not frozen hand pattied burger! A must try, affordable little place to eat.

Can not say the same owners now own it than the first time I went in there 40 years ago. But, one thing has not changed is the great atmosphere and food. Hamburgers that are hand made make all the difference. Very good prices. Not my last time going back.

Upon walking in you immediately know this place is going to be good. All food was cooked made to order by people who seemed to have been doing it their whole life. The produce on the burgers and salads were noticeably fresh, this place reminds me of a time that is long since passed except for gems like this. Honestly cannot recommend it enough, probably the best diner I’ve ever eaten at.
