Tried to order online. Site was down. Called to order for pickup. Someone answered after the 2nd call as hello. I had to ask if this was subway. She started taking my order over the phone. Hung up and won't answer the phone back. You just lost my $70 order.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. RUDE RUDE RUDE PEOPLE WHO COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOU. THEY STOOD AROUND AND DIDN'T HELP US. SAID THEIR DISHES WERE MORE IMPORTANT THAN MAKING OUR FOOD OR HELPING US. LAUGHED AT OUR FACES WHEN WE COMPLAINED. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

As long as ur able to go inside where u can visually see ur food being made you'll get decent food. Went through the drive through tonight and got 3 sandwiches after waiting 22 minutes at the speaker to even place our order. 2 of the foot longs top pieces of bread and part of the bottom was hard as a rock,( i could literally knock on it) I asked for extra of a topping and got none, & some kind of mystery sauce was added. Im not the kind to leave a bad review from one visit ,this happens majority of the time. Evening staff always seem as if u ruin their day by coming through the drive through any time after 8. Very half ass food and service.. will not be spending anymore money here in the evenings. Don't waste 44$ like we did. Go somewhere else to enjoy dinner.

Not sure why this place has phones when they don’t answer. Called three times and nothing. Then when I asked my dasher to ask for garlic aioli added to the sub since they wouldn’t answer they told him they can’t do that. Well maybe answer the phones provided and I could have my order right.

Service is poor, staff is rude and distracted. They'll absolutely soak your sandwich in sauce, leaving it a soggy mess, regardless if you tell them to use less. Honestly, they just make things however they feel.

Did a pickup order an hour ahead of time. When I got to the store it was sitting on the counter but they wouldn't let anybody in the front door and said we had to go through the drive-thru. So I had to wait another 30 minutes going through the drive-thru.
I had to go thru drive threw because they had a sign on the door that said drive-threw only .. and they messed up my sub completely and now they aren’t answering their phones

We stopped to eat here on Halloween night. The girl working there was Kyra and she was amazing. She was also there about a month ago when we stopped. We live about an hour away so we aren’t there often. Kyra was training a new person and I think it was his first night. He was doing great but she was the one that was doing the majority of things and making sure everything was done correctly and that all orders were right (even the drive thru). I wish all Subways had a Kyra.
