There were no tables clean floor was filthy not even busy inside . Still no one cleaned the area while we were there after we cleaned a table off ourselves!! I won’t be back the food was good as always the little lady was awesome working the front !! But just to nasty for a public place that is supposed to be clean for customers but once again it wasn’t . Not going there again !! Thanks and goodbye

Staff initially provided the wrong order. After finally getting the correct order and driving home we realized the attached photo is the kind of tacos we received. I paid $2.39 per taco ( chicken is a $0.70 add on) to receive two bites of food. Considering Blaine has few food options, it wouldn't take much to earn my business. However, I won't be back until this company fixes its issues.

They are extremely serious about customer service. I had an order with extra sour cream, I specified “as much as they can legally give me” and they followed all of my order details exactly as I wanted them. Plus they were super nice and fun to be around. Best Taco Bell I have been to yet. 10 out of 10 will be coming again!

The service is usually prompt however not very personable and it is ENTIRELY OVER PRICED for the amount of food you get. Seriously.

My husband picked up food after work, drove home and realized all of our food was not there. I was in the area picking up my kids. I swing by with a picture of the receipt speak to the so called manager (blonde lady) and she told me she needed the bag of food and receipt. Idc if it’s policy you want someone to drive all the way back to you, for a mistake they made, use your brain, as that would not make a difference. Luckily she got her GM who gave me absolutely no issues and immediately fixed what was missing. This location was awesome at the beginning and it seems to be going down hill. But huge thank you to the GM as she was very kind and helpful. She knows her customer service.
