We have a Thursday night date at El Guadalajara almost every week, so we have tried many items on the menu. We are never disappointed, and we enjoy the atmosphere, great staff, and affordable prices.

Absolutely sad how little was on the shrimp tacos. If I could post a picture i would. 3 small shrimp on each taco small amount of cheese. 3 or 4 leafs of cilantro that I had to ask four. Over priced.

Good food and service
Just stopped for a few beers. This is a great place to go
We have several Mexican restaurants in Bolivar, but this is our favorite! The best server is Victoria. She just about knows what we want when we walk in. She's very intuitive and knowledgeable of the menu. I appreciate that they have vegetarian options and have accommodated me by making other dishes meat-free at my request. My only complaint is the dark parking lot. It could be a safety hazard as the lights have been nonfunctional for some time. Please fix this!! Otherwise, we love the food. Salsa tastes fresh. Cheese dip is also a big hit!
The atmosphere was great, service was good food not so much. I believe the lettuce had more flavor than the chimichanga I ordered, it looked and tasted like a Walmart frozen beef one. Chips and salsa was definitely from a bag and jar. The sweet tea was great. Price was ok a little high for the food quality.
Love this place. The food is ALWAYS delicious and the service is amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service was great. Food not so much it was ok but just ur basic run through the mill chain Mexican food not authentic at all margaritas are bulk house liquor store bought is much better and that’s sad service was good but food and drinks go down the road a bit

The entrance to the restaurant can confuse you a little. The place is very well decorated, good temperature.
Ample parking.
But I ordered a crazy chicken and they brought me a grilled chicken, it seems to me, the truth is I don't know if the waitress was wrong or that's what their crazy chicken is like.?
My daughter ordered asada tacos and they brought her something similar to taco bell but she only ate one because she didn't like them. My husband ate the other and said that the ground meat inside didn't taste like anything.
They do not have fresh water drinks.
So we had to ask for jarritos cigars. The menu is only in English I think and the majority of those who go there are gueros. (Said the one who got paid). The waitress spoke pure English.
Parking: If you want something very very Mexican, don't expect much.
Kid-friendliness: The environment is suitable for children.

This our third time coming here, we order the same thing every time we come, and the price is around $30 but today we ordered the same thing and our ticket was $51. I’m not complaining about giving a tip but it should be my choice what I want to give. And I think It depends on the waiter. I did not see a sign or notification saying that the automatically take out $8.00 for gratuity.
Always been a favorite
