Had a reservation. Was promptly greeted and seated. Saylor promptly brought our drinks and took our order. Manager Susanne checked on us every 20 minutes. Place was packed! Food was A+. Professional, Prompt and friendly. We are fortunate to have such an awesome restaurant in our town. Definitely will visit again.

I bought catfish nuggets and Mac and cheese to go. Both items had good flavor. The hostess' had good customer service. I enjoyed being acknowledged by each employee who walked by to make sure I was serviced. And the ambiance was very peaceful on a Friday night.

The fish didn’t have any meat or anything Bad service it took two hours just to get my food and then when we got to our house and we thought it was gonna be good, but like I said, I didn’t have anything in it and also it was cold when we got it So I would not be coming back there

I'm leaving a decent review because the bartender (Ragan) went above & beyond to make our experience better. Our server was MIA; she forgot to submit our order & when she did turn it in an hour later, she put it in wrong! So we waited for at least 1.5 hrs for our food (when they were NOT busy). The food was good; the live music was nice & like I said, Ragan made sure we were taken care of after that first hour! We will definitely give it another try.

We had the best time dining on the way to the Bolivar/Covington football game. This is the neatist, nicest, amazing spot in Bolivar. Our bartender Stacee was incredible. The food was excellent. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the atmosphere is wonderful! We can’t wait to dine again!

This is our second time visiting Simon's. The first time was great! This time was very underwhelming. The server was attentive and efficient, she just wasn't warm or inviting. The food was just OK to not great. For example, the shrimp and grits- the grits came out dry (like they get when they begin to get cold) and it had 6 large Cajun shrimp on top with no sauce or liquid. The shrimp had great flavor. Steak and eggs - ordered medium well. The steak was well done and dry. Hash browns didn't have any browning or sear. I could keep going, but you get the idea... we came from an hour away and hate that we were disappointed.

We were so impressed with the food, atmosphere and service. My family and I were in Bolivar for my grandmother's funeral. My aunt Masrha frquents Simons often and the staff knew her well, so they joked with her a lot, which made the atmosphere lighter, given our situation. They also walked my aunt to her car with an umbrella bc it raining. Lastly, The mushroom appitizer was so good! Chicken sandwich and the strawberry salad was delicious.

First time here. It was delicious! The grilled chicken strips, green beans and sweet and spicy cole slaw were sooo good. Service was prompt and very friendly. We loved the music that was playing. The sounds of 70s music and great food were a winning combo. Nice to be able to enjoy the music and still hear each talk. Will return!

This is a gem in the small quaint town of Bolivar, but has a vibrant city feel. I took my mother here for a birthday dinner and had a pleasant dining experience. Our waitress, Destiny, was pleasant and responsive. The food was DELICIOUS. We offered the catfish and oven roasted chicken. The ambience was upscale with tranquil southern charm. The manager, Suzanne, came to check on our experience, which was a treat. I will definitely return.
