My husband and I ate lunch on Easter Sunday. I had the special menu bourbon glazed ham with green beans with almonds and sweet corn spoon bread. The generous portion of ham was tender and tasty and I really liked the sides. Another good dining experience at Simon's.
The food and service are always great and worth the hour drive for us. We will definitely be back!
Excellent local and fresh food. Delicious! The chef is a master!! Beautiful ambiance. Service was top notch!! Highly recommend.
Great Atmosphere, Great Martini, Great Steak, Great Salad Bar, Excellent Service. We're going back next week
We did a birthday dinner for 12 of hs. Food was great and our server was great! We had kids from a few months old to 12 and everyone was happy
Usually love to celebrate at Simon's, however tonight want a good experience. But to be fair, it was incredibly busy and loud. Reservation was right on time, however, extra long wait for rolls, food and broccoli was not cooked well. Almost raw and cold. Fries were cold that came with hamburger and the price was astronomical compared to the quality of the food tonight. We were all disappointed as most times it is good.
I was with a group of 13 people. Our server was very friendly. We had problems with our food, though. A few of the people in our party did not get the correct sides, some didn’t get their food until almost all of us were done eating, and some of the food was cold. The manager and our server corrected the problems, but it was still disappointing, considering the cost of the food and the restaurant was not super busy. I probably will not go back.

I was uncomfortable and noticed a short lady watching us. She a worker there or manager. It appeared we were bothering her. We tipped our server and left. We won't be going back. The service was good, the vibe from that lady was awful. The food was good but, not worth the price. In this small area we might have came back a couple times a year. It was really just uncomfortable being watched. I felt as if we were not welcome there. I read the response from the owner and I'm good. That was way more than just making sure everything was okay. Twilight Zone is a good way to describe the feeling. The server made us feel welcome but, not enough to overlook the owner watching us.

The young lady who served us was very nice and genuine. The atmosphere was good. The menu doesn't have any vegetarian options. You have to order vegetables a la carte. A four vegetable plate would cost 24$. The pasta and shrimp dish was ok, but not worth the price. The flavor was ok. It doesn't come with a side for the cost. The salad bar was good. But, there should be at least one soup at the salad bar. A cup of soup, not a bowl is 6$. I don't mind paying for fine dining. But, there are better options in the area.
Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian like me. I wouldn't recommend eating here. Please see my review.

Bolivar’s best restaurant. A must visit for anyone in the area. We traveled down from Jackson, TN. The catfish bites were a delight and my filet was cooked perfectly! Other table favorites included the pulled pork, very lean, and the huge sweet potatoes! Wine and cocktail selections were also great! Friendly service, easy parking, great atmosphere! Will definitely be back.

First time at Simon's, and we were very impressed!
Our server brought us hot rolls and whipped butter. My wife had the salad bar and the Greek Steak Fettuccine and spoke superbly of it!
I had the brisket sandwich, Southwest Green Beans, and the sweet and spicy slaw. The brisket was absolutely amazing (appearance 7, taste 8, tenderness 10), the slaw was very good (BBQ folks are extremely picky on slaw, 5 folks will give you 4 opinions). I prefer less mayo, more vinegar.
The southwest green beans were mind blowing, best green bean with brisket I have ever eaten!
The drink and wine menu was a huge surprise also.
Our server was very polite and knowledgeable on many aspects of the restaurant.
Cant wait for our next meal here!

Everything about our evening was excellent! Our meal was delicious. We had the Pork Ribeye with twice baked potatoes, mixed vegetables and a salad. Fabulous meal! We are never disappointed when we dine at Simons!
