Simon's was great. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic! The chef, Richard, came out and went around to each table. Our service, Eunice, was the best! All the staff were friendly and courteous. My family will definitely return.

We decided to try Simon's for an early Valentine's Day dinner and travelled from 30 minutes away. Even though the restaurant was not busy and we were seated quickly, it took our waitress 20 minutes to appear at our table. (The hostess dutifully and apologetically took our order when she saw how long we had been languishing.) We ordered a plate of stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, and we both selected the garlic honey pork tenderloin for the entree. We both liked the sides we choose, but the pork tenderloin had the texture and temperature of shoe leather. Our mushroom appetizer, which was moderately tasty, arrived only after we were working on our entrees. Giving Simon's one last chance to redeem an otherwise forgettable meal, we ordered the bananas foster to share. It was a tepid, syrupy mess. Given the combination of high prices, poor service, poor quality, we likely won't return.

This is a great place to go for a nice lunch or supper. The food was really good and the staff was really nice and friendly. Being that it's right on the square the small town vibe, and restaurants atmosphere makes a great atmosphere. I totally recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area. The only downside might be that it's a little pricey, but you get good food and a good portion. So give this place a try!!

We enjoyed our Saturday evening get together at Simons with friends! It's always relaxing there. The food is great, perfect wine selection and I love the atmosphere. I look forward to going to Simons weekly! As usual, McKenzie was the perfect waiter!

Excellent service and delicious food! Ribeye and Blackened Mahi were both incredible. This was our second time dining here and we will definitely go again. The server, Bridgette, was amazing!!

We had a wonderful experience at Simon's for New Year's Eve, our meals were outstanding, the atmosphere was very nice and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend dining at Simon's if you want a premium dining experience.

We are regular customers at Simons and were delighted to have a more upscale restaurant closer to us than having to drive to Jackson or Memphis. Usually the food, service, and pricing is what one would expect from fine dining. We knew the New Year's Eve menu going in, and although the surf and turf was priced much higher (115.00/person) than most upscale restaurants would charge for the same thing, we were happy to lend our business to our local restaurant. To put it mildly, our dinners were a complete disappointment. First - there were no salads available - at all. We asked our server if she could ask the kitchen staff to make a couple of salads for us and she said no. We've never ordered dinner without a choice of salads available. When the dinners arrived, there was no drawn butter for the lobster, and we had to ask for it - which she did bring. Next, the lobster tails were the skinniest I have ever seen - and I've eaten many, many lobster tails. What is more, the tails were not properly butterflied, so it was extremely difficult to remove what little meat was there. Finally, I ordered my fillet rare, and it was cooked medium-well. No pink to the meat - fully cooked through and through. I never send food back, but I could not even try to eat this beef so overly cooked, so I did ask our server to take it back. It took nearly 15 minutes to get the replacement - which was cooked to perfection. Again - for over $300.00 for two - it was a HUGE disappointment. I will never go to Simons again on New Year's Eve (apparently others have had the same bad experience because the restaurant was all but deserted the entire time we were there). We will still go for lunches and dinners on occasion, but never again for New Year's Eve.

Disappointed tomahawk steak no longer on menu. Overall food was great. Service was great. They should have had blinds up to show Xmas lights in town square at night. Not a big fan of booths in the middle of floor.

Bolivar has a new BEST restaurant option! We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality food for lunch! Crispy calamari was amazing. Double cut pork chop was grilled to perfection. The wedge salad is huge! We highly recommend Simon’s for your Bolivar dining experience.

Good ribs. Good beer. Good catfish. They put lots of pulled pork in their baked beans. Nice comfortable place to enjoy dinner with friends.

My second time at Simon's and my husband's first - our dinner was just as amazing as my first lunch w girlfriends. I had the salmon salad at lunch and we both had the quail for our dinner. Planning to go back for our upcoming anniversary; we can't wait! Run don't walk... Andrea F.
