Amerigo Italian Restaurant

Excellent value for the money. Took our own bottle of wine with a corking fee of $20. Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection!

It is always a pleasure to dine with the team at Amerigo‘s as they are first rate and do an excellent job. In addition, the food quality, taste and presentation gets high marks as well.

Great service, great lunch prices. The only thing that was concerning was that our salads were served on a flat salad plate instead of a bowl, making it difficult to keep your lettuce on the plate. Instead of falling on the table ,appears to be a change by the restaurant, when I ask about the change.

Food was great, their portions were large, and their staff friendly. We will definitely return when we are near Nashville again.

We used to love AMERIGO but hadn't been in awhile. Decided to take my mom there for her 85th birthday. There were 4 of us and 3 of us didn't care for our meal. My mom only ate a few bites and then opted to not take the rest to go because she didn't like it. She ALWAYS takes her leftovers home but not this time. Then we got the bill. ALMOST $400! Absolutely outrageous. Obviously they have raised their prices and lowered their quality. Needless to say we won't be going again anytime soon

The service was bad. We were rushed from the time we arrived. They asked us if we wanted dessert right after our main dish arrived. When I asked for a little more time our server was rude the rest of the time we were there.

Another great experience at the Cool Springs location. Our server was Vickie and she was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great time with family.

I took a friend who had never been to Amerigo. She's from a family with two Italian immigrant grandmothers. She's also been to Italy several times and she knows Italian cuisine. She said everything tasted okay, but the eggplant was stiff. Also, when eggplant isn't brined for 24 hours, it lets off a bitter taste. The eggplant was bitter which affected the taste. I had the cannelloni. It wasn't as good as I remember from a few years ago. My entree was also on the stiff side. Cannelloni should be slightly under al dente when it is served. The dinner bread was good and the service was very good. Our server was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. I have to add I usually patronize the Amerigo in Nashville. We tried the Brentwood location and perhaps, we should have gone to Nashville instead? Oh well. Overall, the food was fine but it wasn't as good as I remember from two years ago.

The food was delicious as usual. Our server Vicki was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Our tea glasses were filled without asking and she had great recommendations for food.

Best pork chop EVER! Love their pasta's as well. Early Bird is a real value.One of our "go-to" spots in Cool Springs. Don't miss the lunch specials!
