Sat in line 30 minutes. Burger was so bad we could not eat. Praying we do not get food poisoning. Typically they are wonderful.

Not always open during posted hours, can’t contact them by phone. How do we know if you’re open? It’s been this way for over a year, plenty of time to work out issues. What a shame because this the best fast food burger out there.

Can you actually post correct hours? Every time we go by this place it is closed, it’s like the restaurant makes up its own hours just for whatever it feels like that day, absolutely insane. Go here and it’s probably not open, unless you’re lucky.

There was a sign saying drive thru only but the place was not even open for that. A sign at the drive thru would have been helpful to keep everyone from driving up and expecting a response from the speaker. Second time we have tried coming and it will be the last.

Generally a good experience. The main complaint is the hamburger patty was very dry! Not a drop of juice. The fries were very good.

Great location and depending on the time of the day it's easy to get in an out. The burgers are tasty and the fries tasted fresh and not the old oil taste. Friendly service too!

Everytime I've gone they have been closed. So I guess they aren't open?? By 5pm they aren't around.
Considering the shortage of staff, food was still fresh and hot. Worth the wait in line. Lindsey* gave great customer service.

This place has gotten worse. Too slow. I came here when it very first opened. It was worth the short wait for good food.Not any more. Wait is too long and food isn't as good.

Had a bad experience last night and Uber Eats only compounded my experience since they apparently don't care about my experience. I don't recommend Uber Eats or BYB based on my one experience. Ordered a burger combo, shake and Dr. Pepper. I wrote "no bacon" in the instructions and clicked the box for send utensils. I received a burger with bacon and no utensils, napkins or straws. Removing the bacon also removed the cheese, so I had a plan burger and when I removed the dome to drink the shake, the shake was overfilled and went all over me. The shake wasn't very cold and the fries not very hot, so overall a poor experience on all fronts.
