We’ve gone here a few times and each time you walk in the employees act like you’re bothering them by being there. Walked in at 9pm (they close at 10pm) and ordered a milkshake. I was told by the employee they don’t make milkshakes after 9pm because they have to wash the blender. Very poor service, not friendly at all. Didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in and there was no one else even in there. Will not be going back.

The staff are more interested in chatting with each other than prepare the orders or help the customers. They work very slow. They act as if you were a burden upon them instead of a customer. It is almost like they are mad at you for walking in and ordering something. The staff are among the rudest I’ve ever seen. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere because the treatment I received in this place just ruined my evening. (I went in the evening so I cannot say anything for the daytime staff.)

This location has not even been reopened for a week and the workers that work in the evening are super lazy. This location has a full menu and the evening staff refuses to make anything except a scoop of ice cream. According to the evening crew they do not have the ingredients to make any of the drinks on the menu but if you go earlier in the day that crew can make anything off the menu.!! Get a new night crew…..

I was impressed with the teenagers that worked the evening shift on 9/18. They were kind and seemed to love their job. It’s hard to get kind service these days, and they were great.

Of course the icecream is always wonderful . The staff a bunch of kids who were despite their age on top of their game one took the order another got my ice cream before my credit card even cleared . I also got an ice cream cake for my dad for Father's day the staff was very helpful. I thank them it will make my dad's day

Two young ladies at 8:38 closed early but we checked online for the closing time which is 9:00 pm. They locked the doors and yelled at us even though they were at fault
