Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The most creamy and delicious ice cream ever! Wonderful service and clean inviting environment. I especially appreciated that when I requested them to make a batch of Grand Canyon ice cream, they said yes, come back in two days. We will have it ready. We love Bruster’s ice cream!

I'm a a customer who demands good CUSTOMER SERVICE in ANY place but this place lacks of it . EMPLOYEES not enthusiastic, positive at all and its funny bc they are young people , Gosh, Not sure if they are grateful or not to have a job, but this time was my last time for me buying an ice cream there.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is Amazing! We had it at work and the team saved me a cup of vanilla which had to be the best vanilla I ever had!!! But everyone else had different flavors and they loved them all!! My advice to you is gooooooo try it yourself, I believe you will be very happy too!

Went here for the first time today— fantastic experience! This locally owned ice cream shop has a great menu. I ordered a sundae with three flavors: butter pecan, tiramisu, and campfire smores. The ice cream is really good and tastes natural. Loved the personnel too. Brusters is definately a favorite now. Thank you!

We had ice cream at another place in Nolensville tonight. We paid way too much for very little, not so great ice cream. So we stopped by Bruster’s which saved our date night! We paid less for way more, better tasting ice cream!

I normally don’t write reviews but I am I very displeased with my service. I have not once had a problem intill today. I never caught the name of the employee but this happened at 3:15pm on 4/03/2024. It took me 15 minutes to order over the Counter. After ordering I watched the employee make my banana splits. He cut the bananas into pieces on the cooler with no cutting board while using his bare hands. The elderly couple behind me had the same issue as I did when it came to ordering

We came in about 30-40 mins prior to closing. It was our first time here & asked for recommendations, she seemed super annoyed. She got 2 out of the 4 orders incorrect. I brought my 18 month old his own special “ice cream” from home(allergies) & she also seemed upset/annoyed when I came back & asked for a spoon for him. My Ice cream was good overall. I did notice walking to the bathroom some dark spots on the ceiling/vent(water leak?) which made me feel like the place needed a deep cleaning. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here.

The older lady that works there, Her name is Jonie, And she is a racist. Not only to me, but to my co worker as well. I will def be talking to the owner. Do not come to this location if she is there.. She knew who I was. But yet referred to someone else that my name was Tyrone.. even though she knew my name. As an African American man. That was really ignorant. This also was her second time she has made an ignorant comment. And I will be letting the owner know this as well. I really use to love this location… Now that doesn’t mean don’t come to this location. I want y’all too. Cause the owner is a great person and so is the food there. But I wanna warn other customers of her specifically. And how she delivers her words.

Strawberry Shake! Yes you can get strawberry ? ice cream at Bruster’s. I very rarely find it at Jeni’s. Thanks Bruster’s!!!
