So there is always a new option to try. Everything is completely Gluten-Free. She also caters to other dietary restrictions. But you'd never know it from the incredible flavors. 😋

Loved this woman when she sold her empanadas (especially) at the Franklin Farmers Market & was excited when I heard she opened a storefront. Everything in the cases LOOKED so enticing, in a new, clean environment. But...... Although carefully made by hand, I tried a cupcake, brownie, pretzel, sausage roll, cheese rolls of different kinds and must say I was very disappointed. The cheese rolls/pretzels/spicy sausage (found hard little bits in them) rolls, etc. were terribly dry. I baked the breaded pieces at home as instructed. Some lacked flavor, some too spicy, (even the brownie tasted odd and so dry they broke apart (not in a good way). Some things are very expensive and worth every penny! But not these. They are terribly expensive by the piece, but just not worth it. So sorry......

I took my 2 adult daughters to Chetzels for lunch and a dessert. We ordered 2 different pizzas and were shown by the owner the step by step process as she made them for us. We could tell she takes pride in what she makes! And they were both absolutely delicious! We haven’t tasted our desserts yet, but know already that they too will be fabulous!
Make it a point to stop by Chetzels and try it. We drove all the way from Murfreesboro because there are no totally gluten free food places where we live. Chetzels did NOT disappoint us and we will be back!

We went here on a Thursday. There was no menu except a chalkboard and no prices anywhere. There is no room to dine in and they don’t seem prepared for either takeout or dine in service when it comes to plates silverware And they are lacking customer service. Having worked in many dine in establishments, this one felt like they needed three more months to get ready before opening. They have made it a pretty space, but they have so much room for their kitchen and almost no room for their customers, it really does not make sense having had worked in the back of house in front of house of restaurants staff. Everything is very much overpriced, I had their pretzel, German chocolate cake, pizza, and a smoothie. The pretzel and the German chocolate cake seemed to be almost 4 days old at least, The pizza takes 20 minutes or more, there’s no place for you to wait for it to be made/you are very cramped if there is more than poor customers than at once, And they fold your pizza over so that it’s completely smashed When they serve it to you. I would say The smoothie and the pizza is delicious if you can unfold it. Lots of great recipes but the atmosphere And the customer service does not make you Want to come back.

First visit and I was in awe 🤩 I went there for pretzels. But left with so much more! Margherita Pizzette, Prosciutto and Fig Pizzette, 3 different pretzels: Cheddar cheese, Cinnamon Sugar and chocolate chip. And before even walking out the doors ate an American empanata. My only gripe, they are not in Murfreesboro
