We always have a great experience at this location with above and beyond service. The last time I came, the two sweetest employees made it so easy for a friend and I with three littles in tow. I didn’t have to lift a finger! High chairs set up, trash taken, refills brought… such a treat!

Had to get my customized sandwich remade it was completely wrong, and then the new one I got the chicken was not cooked. My fries I ordered without salt was loaded with salt so I couldn’t eat but a couple of them. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
Other chick fila’s get it right every time and I’ve ordered this same kind of order hundreds of times and never had a problem at other locations.

I have never had an issue at this location before until today. While my partner was ordering, the girl (Anna) at the register thought it was okay to make fun of my partners accent. If the problem was that she did not understand, she could have simply asked for clarification nicely. Instead she giggled throughout the check out process and to our faces. This was very rude, unprofessional, and disappointing. Because she herself has an accent but we did not say anything. Either way this was of very poor taste. We had plan to eat at the restaurant but unfortunately, after that experience we left soon after we received our food.

Very upset with this location tonight. Not only were my younger son’s fries kind of cold and old tasting, the bun on his sandwich was very soggy. The kicker? My 10 year old noticed his sandwich was raw!!! Made sure to give it to the manager, who asked if he could show his team. Did he apologize? Did he offer to give us something for free for almost giving my son salmonella? NO! I’m disappointed and won’t return to this location. Absolutely disgusting!

Ordered Cobb salad with Nuggets. Because I was driving a bit I asked for nuggets to be on the side so they don’t warm the rest of the salad. No problem, or so I thought. At THIS location. They delete the chicken then order nuggets making the salad $2 more. “Store policy” according to the manager. And now I’ve been waiting for 10+ minutes for them to figure it out. Just because it’s in a nice area shouldn’t mean they take advantage of people.
Food was old and re-heated. manager was awful and rude.

Honestly I’d recommend people to go to another location. This location gets caught up on the small stuff and doesn’t put the customer first. I payed for my slightly custom order and when I got to the window, they did not tell me that they couldn’t do my slight custom order. They just gave me my food. If I didn’t ask, I would have gotten not what I ordered. They told me at the window they are not allowed to do it…. I go to Chick fil a a lot and never been told that.
I gave my order back and went to another location and they did it no problem!!
