The chicken in my chicken sandwich was way over cooked (bordered on burnt, and dry. I’ve never had that happen at the Bellevue location. First and last time at this chick fil a!
Honestly I’d recommend people to go to another location. This location gets caught up on the small stuff and doesn’t put the customer first. I payed for my slightly custom order and when I got to the window, they did not tell me that they couldn’t do my slight custom order. They just gave me my food. If I didn’t ask, I would have gotten not what I ordered. They told me at the window they are not allowed to do it…. I go to Chick fil a a lot and never been told that.

I had a great experience at chick fil a. My server, Nicholas Hamada was very helpful and considerate of my needs. He especially made my dining experience spectacular and I would love to come back again. Best chick fil a ever 6 stars.
