Fresh off the road traveling and wanting a little bite to eat. Been wanting nachos for over a month. I posted a picture but it wasn’t allowed to be attached with my review. I see why Siri said the reviews were low

The fajitas were great! Not nearly enough guacamole and pico, asked for more, got more salsa and guacamole. Nope didn't need the salsa, clarified after getting his attention we wanted more pico got the plate of pico, cheese and sour cream. Just left at the table with no other acknowledgement. This was at Brentwood TN. And we won't go again.

Came in and got seated immediately the lady was very nice. Our waitress came and got our drink order and food order quickly. After our food came out the manager came and asks us how it was. So no complaints here about anything. This Chilis slaps! “Food so good, it’ll make you slap your momma!” Just go here.

Dietary restrictions: I have lactose intolerance, just go buy lactaid and enjoy your life.

Frank was the best! He helped me find a table with an outlet so I could work with my laptop. He also suggested a better option from the menu and gave me info about the happy hour drinks! He was super friendly and attentive! He made my experience even better!

I’ve literally been to every chilis in Nashville and this by far is the best one I’ve been too. The ppl here are amazing me and my kids were greeted as soon as we walked in definitely will be back! Food is great too !!

We were seated quickly however we were waiting so long to have anyone take our order or even come to our table that I had to ask the hostess about whether we were going to have a server at all. We nearly left when finally a server came to our table. She apologized & was complaining about how she won't be getting a break, not enough employees, etc. Although she ended up being excellent at bringing me refills, which was very nice. The chicken strips were full of that rubbery-grizzely skin stuff, really not pleasant. I won't be returning here again.

UPDATE:
We went back for dinner again after speaking to management about the first situation. The hostess was very nice. However, we won’t be back. We seemed to be the only ones in our waiters section. It took a while for him to address us. He took our drink order, and someone else promptly brought the drinks out. My strawberry lemonade lacked any flavor, and tasted more like water. After a few minutes the waiter came back to take our food order. My side salad was brought out quickly. Before I could even finish my side salad, the same guy who brought our drinks was bringing our food out. My food being brought out before I could even finish my small side salad made me concerned. No restaurant has ever brought my food that quickly. The chicken tenders were lukewarm. Our fries were nearly cold & tasted old. Food definitely wasn’t fresh. While I was still eating, our waiter comes back to clean a table near us, gives my husband a to go box, tells us we should get dessert, & then walks off. He never came back to check on us. It wasn’t busy, wasn’t close to closing time, and we ended up leaving in 35 minutes. I wanted to use my $20 gift card that I received from my last complaint, but because he never came back we said forget it.

First Review:
One order wasn’t fully correct, so I had to send it back. Some bits of the chicken tenders were not fully cooked. The mango tea was disgusting as they put way too much mango syrup. Our waitress checked on us twice, and she was at least friendly. My husband ordered a FROZEN sangria swirl which arrived like it had already melted. We saw the bartender sit it on the counter, and talk over the drink with someone. She grabbed the orange without cleaning her hands, and then put it on the cup. My husband also said it tasted watered down & no alcohol. We asked for a new one, and he agreed to fix it. The 2nd drink arrived looking nothing like the 1st one, meaning he actually made it correctly the 2nd time.

I have been coming to this establishment for YEARSSSS to see my favorite bartender Heja and was very sad to learn she is no longer employed there. I highly advise finding someone as good as her because the quality of service I had last night was HORRIBLE! Took forever to be greeted because the bartender was talking to other customers about social topics instead of doing her job. My drink tasted like straight juice and the girl put way too much sweet and sour mix in it. I probably won't be returning. Y'all lost a 5 year loyal customer today. I'll be traveling to the hermitage location from now on.

I was so excited to eat chilis cause it’s my favorite restaurant. But when i got in with my family we stood there for over 5 min at the front, no one came to help us or get us seated, barely any customers in there too. So won’t be going there cause i love good customer service.
