This is a fantastic location. I order ahead on the app multiple times per week. The food is always ready and the order is always right.

There are locations in town (Rosa Parks) that are absolutely atrocious and not worth the time to wait. This location is not one of those.

I highly recommend this one if looking at multiple locations.

What is happening to Brentwood? This current staff is horrible. Rude customer service, won't even look you in the eye. Bring back the clean cut high school kids even if you have to pay them double. This place will close soon if it's not fixed.

I go to a lot of Chipotle’s, one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Not very clean, unfriendly employees and small portion. The bathroom was particularly dirty.

I LOVE THIS CHIPOTLE. It is very nice and yummy! They do need to work on cleanliness though. Maybe whip down the tables every time after someone eats and sweep the floors 2x a day. Love it and recommend!

Not busy and order wasn't done. Attitude and unkind like it was my privilege to be there. Perhaps it IS my privilege to be there but I can go elsewhere as well. Containers of guac and queso partially empty and not in a normal way. They were just mean and quality was low. Sad.

This is the WORST Chipotle in the Nashville area and there are a lot of locations. The manager (Asian lady) is extremely rude, argumentative, and dismissive. She overcharges on purpose and do not even think about asking for a larger portion! Chipotle corporate was in the news for this issue a few years ago and as a result the agreement was to satisfy the customer. But this location is EXEMPT! If there is ANY issue with the food, order, charges, etc. it will NOT be resolved! She has 0% customer service skills and from this date forward I will never give this location my business. The rest of the staff leaves a lot to be desired as well. The ice is out regularly at the drink machine and the Watermelon Lemonade is always out (lid in the container). Terrible location with a bad attitude.

Food is great. Most service is good but some are speechless. It is my first time to order chipotle. I do not what a meal includes. When asked one staff who is serving there, she is wearing a cool face and I asked twice. She gave me another cool face like I was asking the air. I didn’t want to hold up the line bcs it is lunch time. So I just passed these vegetables. Overall, bad experience and maybe never order again. I do not want to embarrass myself again.

This is probably the 5th time of ate at this location over the last year. It's gotta be the worst of all the others I had in the midwest/south. Stale cold chips, cold bowl, and kids that dont care about what they are doing.
