The food here is delicious. It is a meat and three, and it is served cafeteria style, so it is quick for dining in or taking it to go.

I am a lover of Meat and Threes. When Jerry Cunningham owned and ran this restaurant I ate there often and enjoyed it. A group of us went two weeks ago and it is the WORST Meat and 3 I’ve ever been to. These owners do not have a clue about country cooking. Do yourself a favor and skip this place; it doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

If I could give a 0 star I would!! 0 quality and no respect to their customers. Could not slice the kabob and hard to chew (if you could even get a slice)!!!! The rice was not made fresh! We were excited about the Persian restaurant but we got so disappointed. Specially from the behavior of the owner!! Such a shame.

They were such a kind and friendly staff. The good was filling and yummy. A stable in Brentwood for a long time and it's obvious why.

The cucumber dip was refreshing and tasted like my Persian roommate's. It was delicious. The Cornish Hen kabob b was juicy and cooked perfectly

This has been family's favorite place to eat after church for many years. In the past 2 months, there is new ownship. The food quality and taste has declined drastically, portions are much smaller as well. The same great waitresses are there and the new owners seem nice. I hope they are able to get the old food suppliers back to get the quality back up.

New ownership. Changing into a Persian Cafe. Food looked like it had been sitting there for days. Would not recommend going there while it is still “City Cafe” .

Business was recently purchased and when we tried to pay with a City Cafe gift card we were told, "the new owner won't accept that." They instead tried to offer a percentage discount on the meal instead. I am no lawyer, but I am pretty sure re that isn't how that works.New prices are very high for very mediocre quality food. When combining that with arrogant owners that apparently don't feel the need to honor the debts that they purchased when taking over an existing business, it will be very easy to NEVER visit again.

A truly "Meh" experience (and pricey). The turkey and gravy was ok, but they emptied the salt shaker into the dressing. It was inedible. The sweet potato casserole was a little too sweet but the best item we were served. We had unsweetened iced tea (no bread or dessert) and our bill with a tip was $39.00 for two. The service was pleasant but nobody went out of their way for us. We won't be back.

The restaurant Is under new ownership and they will be serving the same meat and 3 buffet and Persian cuisine. We dined there for lunch and had a delicious Persian meal. We got the special salad and the mixed grill--all well-prepared with large portions we couldn't finish! We will be back for more!

Good food. Came for lunch at 10:45 on Wednesday and we had the place to ourselves. Food was hot and ready to serve. We’ll come back for sure ?

Just picked up 2 orders today. Pork chops was tough and too salty. Could not eat it. Got meatloaf for my husband and could not cut it with a fork. He had two bites and we threw it away along with pork chop. Waste of $30.+Food used to be really good but no more. Doubt I will go back.

Just wish they had more brunch type foods on the early shift, fish n pot roast aren't exactly screaming 10am food maybe some eggs & bacon or sausage or even a chicken n waffles would've been nice, some sort of more breakfast type food would've been nice

City Cafe should become Brentwood’s version of the “Bluebird Cafe”. They had wonderful music last night and it was so fun. The owner, Jason, is great. Just “bar” food but delicious. Who knew this old “Meat and Three” had evolved into a fun night spot. People need to support it so we don’t lose it.

Great experience at City Cafe. The first time I went, I had chicken tacos and they are delicious - probably the best I have ever had. I'm a return customer and even though I want to order the chicken tacos every time, I decided to get the sliders and they were awesome. The staff are great - great service. Great bar service as well - nice selection of beers. Two thumbs up and five stars for City Cafe - definitely a staple for me going forward.
