I was disappointed in their signature chocolate smoothie I ordered. It barely had taste to it and I was crunching on ice, which was disappointing for the $10 cost. I did ask the ladies if I could get a different smoothie and they happily replaced, so I do appreciate that. I hope they can improve their ingredient to ice ratio in the future!

This was a strangely FRUSTRATING experience. We ordered 2 salads then were informed they had absolutely NO salad dressing.My kid found a smoothie she wanted online called the longevity. We were disappointed that in spite of it being on the online menu, it was no longer on the actual menu?I was served my 2 dressingLESS salads but the egg sandwich I paid for it took another 10 minutes to receive!When I finally got my order, I was told there were no napkins! It is also worth noting that there was a handwritten sign on the door, notifying the public that they would be closing at 1 o’clock. This place was way too messy! I will never ever return!

Extremely disappointing portion size for the price. Yes, the pictures attached are how I received the bowl - I hadn’t even taken a bite. Also, the menu stated the bowl came with strawberries or blueberries on top depending on what was in season. I only received banana. When I asked about it, the girl working stated they had neither, so we received neither. We did not get any additional fruit to substitute.

Highly disappointing for the quality and price. Acai bowl was tasteless, they didn’t add any fruit except banana while menu mentioned strawberry. The juice taste like water. Please save your money and time and visit any other place in the area!

Just do yourself a favor and go to the Cool Springs location if you have time. You'll find there amazing customer service, a super clean store, & outside eating space. You'll be satisfied ? I visited this store twice and disappointed both times.

2nd attempt and both times are super disappointing. Especially for a $12 small smoothie that tastes like water.I have a peanut allergy and she had no idea what was in the whey or hemp powder nor could she find out. The smoothies are not delicious. They have limited flavor and are water based so no creamy smooth texture from the smoothie. Highly disappointing for the price and quality.

Nice place, food is great, but staff ? Awful... These girls need to learn how to say at least hi to their customers. The prices are also extremely expensive.

I went twice in one day the first time the service was slow but the food and smoothies were fantastic. I returned later one worker was in the back and the other stopped in the middle of finishing my avocado toast to help another customer who had not yet decided what they wanted to order. Ten minutes later they had their order mine had sat out and she retoasted the bread because it was cold. Very bad service. I was so disappointed because I had a business meeting and the other people had on gym clothes like they had returned from a workout. The employee needs to learn how to acknowledge customers and finish one order before starting a new order especially since they were trying to determine what they wanted. Also, was actually working with my food and stopped to handle the register. That is not sanitary. ?

Very expensive smoothie bowls $15. Staff unprofessional talking instead of making my bowl. $1 for just honey drizzle when most smoothie bowls come with that. Took 10 minutes to make my smoothie bowl when I was the only one in there. I’ve had better smoothie bowls at smoothie king.
