I was disappointed in their signature chocolate smoothie I ordered. It barely had taste to it and I was crunching on ice, which was disappointing for the $10 cost. I did ask the ladies if I could get a different smoothie and they happily replaced, so I do appreciate that. I hope they can improve their ingredient to ice ratio in the future!

This was a strangely FRUSTRATING experience. We ordered 2 salads then were informed they had absolutely NO salad dressing.My kid found a smoothie she wanted online called the longevity. We were disappointed that in spite of it being on the online menu, it was no longer on the actual menu?I was served my 2 dressingLESS salads but the egg sandwich I paid for it took another 10 minutes to receive!When I finally got my order, I was told there were no napkins! It is also worth noting that there was a handwritten sign on the door, notifying the public that they would be closing at 1 o’clock. This place was way too messy! I will never ever return!

Ordered this through Door Dash and very disappointing. This is three bites in. It is quite small and already soupy. I had one from E Rose the other day and same commute time, twice the size and was still frozen when delivered. Would not recommend especially for delivery. But given size and price, also would not order again.

Extremely disappointing portion size for the price. Yes, the pictures attached are how I received the bowl - I hadn’t even taken a bite. Also, the menu stated the bowl came with strawberries or blueberries on top depending on what was in season. I only received banana. When I asked about it, the girl working stated they had neither, so we received neither. We did not get any additional fruit to substitute.

Wouldn't recommend the smoothies! Got a chocolate protein one, and coffee one. Both weren't even okay, they were actually bad! One tasted like blended ice and the other had a terrible taste. Not worth the $12 each.

Highly disappointing for the quality and price. Acai bowl was tasteless, they didn’t add any fruit except banana while menu mentioned strawberry. The juice taste like water. Please save your money and time and visit any other place in the area!

Just do yourself a favor and go to the Cool Springs location if you have time. You'll find there amazing customer service, a super clean store, & outside eating space. You'll be satisfied ? I visited this store twice and disappointed both times.

LOVE this place!!! The staff is super friendly, upbeat and kind. I find the Clean Juice app to be pretty much totally nonsensical and very hard to use, but they try to help as much as possible. The store itself is very clean looking and fresh and airy! I love all the offerings, and while trying to figure out the app once again today so I could get an afternoon treat, I discovered the cashew milk! I've been in a couple times now and both experiences have been awesome. My smoothie today was so, so good (The Chocolate Cherry One, which tastes exactly like a dark chocolate covered cherry - YUM!) My service dog was with me on this visit and we were at the very end of our day, which meant she was a bit short on her usual focus, but the staff were still so sweet about her and to both of us. I was able to get some frozen banana to treat her in the car before we headed home and I've come to the conclusion that I should always be carrying a little container of frozen banana because the look of excitement - not to mention the renewed focus, haha! - that banana brought was something else. We will of course return...this place does pretty much everything right. I can't wait to buy more!

Especially for a $12 small smoothie that tastes like water.I have a peanut allergy and she had no idea what was in the whey or hemp powder nor could she find out. The smoothies are not delicious. They have limited flavor and are water based so no creamy smooth texture from the smoothie. Highly disappointing for the price and quality.
