Employees are great! Ice cream is always good!
Went in to coldstone yesterday around 5. The store was very busy, Kinzie was working by herself. She was amazing, she helped my family and I. Even though it was busy, and she was by herself. She was still being very nice, and welcoming!

Was going to give 0 stars but had to give 1 for the 1 boy actually working trying to help the customers.
When we came in, there was already a line of about 6 people and one worker. We could hear someone in the back so we thought ‘surely they will come help him’… nope. A customer came in to pick up an online order so the girl reluctantly came out of the back visibly rolling her eyes and loudly sighing of disgust. Then she looked up after helping that customer and saw the long line, continued playing on her phone and went back to the back room. Then we saw the ever so important task— she was counting her tips!!
Needless to say we left. The boy was trying but was clear since no one else was going to help him we decided to go somewhere else.

It is very interesting that the last few post have been about a “girl “ in the shop not being helpful ! I suspect it is the same person . Same story here : Cold stone is one of my wife’s favorite . We go to store on 4th . There is no other customer ( Now I see why ) ! Everything seems fine until that “girl “ comes from back and takes over order . Wife and I had one sample apiece and we share . We literally have figured out what we wanted . Then that “girl” tells us the “sample rules of three samples per person and that we only had one left “. I understand these kids have been taught that “new math “ but this is a little fuzzy . 2 (person) x 3 (sample) = 6 (sample). My wife and I was not looking for 6 samples yet the delivery of her information was totally unacceptable. So much so my wife walk out and it almost ruined “Vibe “ . I suspect the “Girl “ did not want to work on the 4th . I am sure the owner would not have treated us this way and I would encourage manager/ owners to gain your independence from the “girl”! The other person who was working had a great greeting and I was looking forward to her doing the order . We instantly went from a warm welcome to an instant burden.

We drove out the way because for allergies cold stone says ask for the ice cream from the back, well in store the young lady today said we can’t have the ice cream from the back because it’s too hard and they can’t scoop it up. I recommend Ben and Jerry’s their allergy ice cream in the back they scoop it or Jenny’s has many gluten free ice creams and Janarty’s is a completely gluten free ice cream parlor which we love but is not open on Sundays. Very disappointed!

We had the best experience at Cold Stone Creamery, all thanks to Gabrail! He was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish, making sure our group of 10 got exactly what we wanted. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Gabrail made our visit extra special, and we truly appreciated his outstanding service. Highly recommend him if you're visiting this location!
While the cake itself was acceptable, I am extremely disappointed with the misleading information and poor service. I had ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and specifically chose the delivery option. However, the cake was never delivered — despite the website showing it as “delivered.”
After several attempts to contact the team, someone finally picked up the call and informed us that they could not deliver the cake and that we would need to pick it up ourselves. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially given that we were relying on the promised delivery for a time-sensitive celebration.
My husband had to rush to the store to collect the cake last minute. Their response was far from helpful or apologetic. This experience caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience on what was supposed to be a joyful day for our family.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both communication and reliability for future customers.

I recently ordered a birthday cake for my son's 11th birthday. It was to be an Oreo themed cake and I filled in all the requested information including type of cake and filling materials. I selected 2 x Oreo and 1 x Brownie. The cake was okay, but there were barely any Oreo chunks in it and no brownie to speak of whatsoever. If there weren't Oreos on top you wouldn't even know that was what the cake was. Additionally, the writing was supposed to be red but it was pink. Not a huge deal for me, but not the best for an 11 year old boy. I just expected a lot more quality for the price we paid for a small cake ($50). I have tried to reach the store with zero response on multiple attempts. Not great.
