Went in to coldstone yesterday around 5. The store was very busy, Kinzie was working by herself. She was amazing, she helped my family and I. Even though it was busy, and she was by herself. She was still being very nice, and welcoming!

We had the best experience at Cold Stone Creamery, all thanks to Gabrail! He was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish, making sure our group of 10 got exactly what we wanted. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Gabrail made our visit extra special, and we truly appreciated his outstanding service. Highly recommend him if you're visiting this location!

I ordered 2 Gotta Have It sized Signature Creations and was advised that the store was out of Peanut Butter Cups for my PBC perfection. I asked the server to just add some extra peanut butter instead, which he did. My issue is with the difference in sizes of the product we received in our two bowls. Since they were at the very bottom of the chocolate ice cream, the PBC Perfection barely reached the top of the cup while the other creation made with vanilla ice cream went to the...
