Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

food has declined. RIP cracker barrel. no cornbread just biscuits, don't offer veggie soup any longer. took 40 minutes to get our food. waited 30 to be seated, 15 min to take drink order spent 1.5 hours there for a grilled cheese, it was cold and dumplings that had no flavor. think the chain has lost its touch and they are on their way out.

The service and food was good. I do not approve of the new logo and the new direction Cracker Barrel is going. Return to the original that made Cracker Barrel great.

Even though help seemed to limited, our waitress was very attentive and we were seated close to the kitchen entrance so it was easier for everyone.

I haven't been to Cracker Barrel in a while and the service was amazing! My daughter, 2 of my grandchildren and I had brunch on Saturday. I was expecting mediocre service ( because the last two times I had been there a while back was very slow). Our server was very attentive, we all enjoyed our food, so it was a great start to a beautiful day 😊

I have been going to Cracker Barrel for over 40 years and this location is the best!!! The hospitality is outstanding, I met the GM and she could not have been more welcoming!!! The food is outstanding!!! Congrats as I had previously been here 2+ years ago and it was not like that!

Lunchtime on weekends it takes a huge amount of, 1+ hour wait, so be prepared for that. Otherwise it's good southern food.

I LOVE CRACKER BARREL SINCE 1969 THE FIRST STORE IN LEBANON TN. THE YEAR A GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL BOY WHAT A THRILL THAT FIRST STORE WAS.I HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT ON CRACKER BARREL EVER SINCE. I HAVE BEEN IN MY OWN BUSINESS MOST OF MY LIFE AND I KNOW ABOUT HOW HARD IT IS TO GET GOOD HELP AND TO HOLD THEM IN PLACE.YES ONE OF THE FIRST BUSINESS I OWNED WAS A RESTAURANT WOW WHAT A HEADACHE THAT WAS.HARDEST WORK I EVER DID. YOUR STORE NEEDS A NEW OLD UPDATE. AND THE COOKS NEED REPLACED IT TIME. YOU CANT COOK FOOD THE DAY AND THE NIGHT BEFORE YOU SERVE IT TO A CUSTOMER THE NEXT DAY.YES YOU CAN GET BY WITH IT FOR A FEW THINGS BUT MY SOUTHERN FRYED CHICKEN LOOKED AND TASTED LIKE IT WAS FRYED 2 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SERVED TO ME LIKE THAT AT THE LAST THREE RESTAURANTS DICKSON TN AND BEARCREEK COLUMBIA AND COOL SPRINGS TN I PAYED FOR THESE MEALS NEVER SAID A WORD. I WAS IN THE BUSINESS I KNOW YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND THE VEGETABLES AND OTHER FOOD IS COLD.YOU COULD HAVE THE BEST PLACES TO VISIT ON THE MAP YOU DID HAVE IT .BUT YOU ARE AS GOOD AS THE LAST MEAL YOU SERVED SOMEONE . IF IS BAD YOU WONT SEE THAT PERSON FOR A WHILE IF EVER AGAIN.SOME OF YOUR STORES ARE STILL GREAT STORES LIKE ATHENS ALA OFF INTERSTATE 65. Food was good, wait staff was good. Atmosphere was fair for a week day lunch hour. A couple of tables of 6-8 women were very loud & disturbing & one party had screaming children. Not your fault but not a good dining experience. Then it just so happened one of the parties of 8 checked out just before me all paying separately causing a long wait at the register. There was only 1 cashier & after waiting 10 min. I asked the host if they had another cashier who could help. He just shook his head no. Finally when I was the next to last person a 2nd cashier showed up! Needless to say I was 15 min. late clocking back in from my lunch hour.
