Chelsea is an absolutely gem! She walked me through options for coffee, donuts, and breakfast. It can be hard to come by great hospitality experience these days but she nailed it. Will definitely be back. Appreciate ya!

It's a donut shop. But all the donuts are made right there fresh to order and dressed in front of your eyes. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We visited this location before we headed home to St. Louis. Staff was very friendly, patient with us (we’ve never been to a Duck Donuts before), and gave us recommendations. Loved watching them make the donuts! They made sure we had plenty of napkins and foil (served as plates) for our three kids.
My husband is a donut snob and I don’t know how many times I heard, “Mmmmm! These are good!”

Fresh, warm and delicious. We tried the cookie butter and beach ball (vanilla with sprinkles and choc drizzle) and they were so good. Wish this was closer to us.

Delivery drivers that deliver your food are not allowed to use your restroom and you get rude with them and are completely disrespectful to them in front of other customers. This kind of makes this place a horrible atmosphere. I used to like coming here.But I will never come here again.There are many other doughnut places to choose from in brentwood that have less attitude.

Great experience with a very welcoming staff! Matt did an excellent job of taking care of us and even offered a hot plain donut while we waited for a couple orders ahead of ours to finish. Would absolutely go back! Great pit stop for our road trip.
