This Dunkin’ is always rude, drinks are never made right and taste like swamp water, and the lines take forever. I stopped coming here and i follow marina on TikTok and was shocked by how much she loved yall i was willing to try again. Just saw her recent video stating the manger here will not allow her to record her TikTok’s in her own car in the drive thru? Y’all are a joke.

Who blends the ice before putting it into a matcha latte! That is all I got out of my drink because of this ice! Smh! Come out guys we are all struggling right now that drink was $6.00 when it should have been $.10 for this! Please do better for your customers.

Worst drive through experience ever. I got to the store 7 minutes after ordering and had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my food, I had to ask 3 times just to get my watered down drink remade, and they didn't even give me my doughnut and the bagel they had to substitute tasted awful. Never coming back

I’m really disappointed with my visit to Dunkin’ today. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was burnt—crispy, blackened edges that made it almost inedible. Definitely not the quality I expect. On top of that, I also got a nitro cold brew, and it barely had any of the signature nitro flow. It was flat and weak, nothing like what I’ve had before. The whole experience was a letdown, especially for a place that’s supposed to deliver quick, consistent quality. I won’t be coming back any time soon.

The hot chocolate from this location is so good that when I was drinking some dutch Bros hot chocolate the other day, Ooo so I wished it was a Dunkin's hot chocolate instead. This means I will go there next time.

The Love Box After Dark

Just want to start off by saying I love Dunkin Donuts but this is the first time that I have experienced a not hot coffee and my food is cold I asked for my sandwich to be remade the girl that act like she had an attitude I did not address that so I just asked for refund no no it's what they say we will make it right they never made it right they gave me another cold sandwich but then again this is my first time here at this location

The Drive-Thru here is absolutely so slow. The woman taking orders in the mornings is beyond rude. This is the only dunkin that has been so rude to me.

Yes this is real lol. I go to Dunkin a lot so I had 600 points on my app. Redeemed them for a free bagel with cream cheese and when I opened it this is what I had… you have to spend money to get those points on the app so when you do get something free, it should be better than that.

Place an order online for pick up substituted a doughnut because they didn’t have the one that I needed and then I was missing something on my coffee and are you lady by the name of Miriam and another one I think she was a redheaded orange type of hair straight Literally sit there and watch as I still was parked on the drive-through window and walk away to the bag instead of coming to ask me if I needed something else because the coffee was made incorrect may I contact like 10 times and I just pursued to walk away and they also can give me a refund because there was no Manager on duty time. I just called tomorrow.

They worry more about clearing the drive thru than helping lobby customers. Waited more than 20 minutes for a drink and customers from the drive thru came in to get their orders because they didn't want to wait and they were allowed to jump line
