First time in a dunkin. At home, they're just part of the gas station. But I thought I'd like to give it a try.Will likely not be doing that again. Ordered a Chai latte and an original glazed donut. I've had airport lattes with better flavor, and the donut was mediocre at best. It's definitely not worth $7.50, but do as you will.

Cashier was in a bad mood when she was called to the register to assist us. The donuts were sub-par and my Husband's hot chocolate was very hot but poorly made.

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin with this. This morning circa 11:20am me and my friend went to our local Dunkin. We both mobile ordered. When we got to the window, the lady said she didn’t have my order because it didn’t go through. She asked for the receipt so I showed it to her via email (I did my order as a guest so it wasn’t in the app) confirming it showing the correct store and everything. She I like not make my order because it wasn’t in the app. My caring friend who is more confrontational than I am parked the car and we marched inside. My friend explained the situation, and they said they didn’t know what to do so they got the manager. The manager told the girl to make the order, as this issue has been happening a lot recently. The worker rolled her eyes and continued to make orders. I waited another 15 minutes. People were just standing around at the front, not seeming to care whatsoever. This is not good customer service. My food finally came out from another lady and i mentioned I had ordered a drink and she very rudely said it was getting made. My drink was in fact NOT being made. So, 5 minutes go by and someone FINALLY asks what i’m waiting on. The original girl made my drink after she had put it off til the very end. They also got my food order wrong and my friend’s croissant was burned black. If you’re going to mess up at least be kind and make an effort to fix your mess. It’s the Christmas season maybe be a little joyful and kind. I will not be going back to that Dunkin. Starbucks 4L

Dunkin’ Donuts in Brentwood: Where is the owner? The Management? Read your reviews. The service here is lousy. When I tried to order, another guy tells me, “We’re out of donuts for the day.” What?! He repeats. It was only 3:15 on a Monday. How about you reduce the hodge podge menu and actually serve donuts. Ridiculous.

"Dunkin DONUTS" but no donuts to sell because of Christmas parties? Great job on your food cost trophy but maybe you can celebrate by upping the par to accommodate your customers and Christmas parties.

Sad for Dunkin. This is the nastiest Dunkin I have been to. The staff look dirty and I would imagine this is a representation of the cleanliness of the facility food and drink. They could barely make an effort to speak “can I take your order” . Will not be going here.

One of my favorite songs right now is NOPE by Supa. I couldn't think of anything else but that chorus during my "experience" at this Dunkin', Nope, nope, nope, NOPE. That sums up this Dunkin' No donuts, no sugar, no clean spots, no service...nope, nope, nope. Nope.The slogan Dunkin' keeps you running...yes, it does keep you running away from this one. TRUST the reviews! Don't come here. I thought...it's coffee so how can that be an unpleasant experience. It was disgusting inside, disgusting attitudes, and a negative experience all around. You walk in to be greeted by empty donut racks at the door. See my pics. It was around 11am when we came in and they were out of everything except for 3 chocolate donuts stuffed with buttercream, two vanilla cream, and a dozen jelly. My mom got a vanilla cream and it was so old the donut CRUNCHED when she bit into it. YUCK!They said, we don't usually have any donuts. Um excuse me. We asked when they closed and they said late tonight. They told us we just make sandwiches and coffee once we run out of donuts. Donuts is in your name...um you should probably keep donuts stocked at least in the AM. Like so many others reviewed, it takes 10 minutes to get black coffee. Not because they had to make it, but because the priority of the employees was making a decision what movie they were going to watch vs making orders. All of this was with an empty store. Now I know why the store was empty. This Dunkin' if you can call it that, gives Dunkin' a bad bad name. Really does NOT represent the brand well at all. Corporate needs to come take a look and quickly!! Where is under cover boss when you need them. Don't waste your time here and go to one of the others in the area.

This place is a severe disappointment. Their selection of displayed food is dismal. It is like the owners don't care if they have a good selection of food there or not which is sad when one thinks about how affluent the surrounding area is. The food service part should be shut down with the drive thru only serving coffees. Would be doing everyone a favor.
