Spoke to the manager about an issue at the Charlotte store. I’m just out $9.00 that was taken off my gift card and that’s okay but be careful at Firehouse Subs!

Ordered the steak and cheese. Very little steak. Was warm, not hot. I just looked at some other recent reviews and there are multiple negative ones and whoever at Firehouse writes that people should go to their website to let them know. Seriously? You’re monitoring these reviews and won’t handle this internally? You’re going to make the customer take more action? Pathetic.

My sister was excited to show me the menu, and unfortunately an employee ruined the afternoon. He decided to call his manager and then laugh at her. I wanted to try the Chicken Meatball and at the register they tell us we can't have it because they only had the regular meatballs available for us. My sister explains that she should check and Mr. Chris just laughs in her face, there being more customers around.

I was visiting the store in the afternoon, and when I wanted to use my rewards points, Mr. CRIS told me that I had to buy something else to be able to use my points, which is not possible. I told him that I work at the chain, to which he simply laughs and says that I can't have my food.
It seems to me a lack of respect and customer service that they are not informed of the client's benefits and rights. He took my points in the order, and I don't know if they will be returned to me yet.
More than losing the points, I lost the desire to return.

Everything was great. I called to see if I could place an order over the phone and the young lady hung up on me. No call back. Customer service is super important. Making customers feel welcome is what brings back business. The younger generation don’t understand that. They think they can be rude without consequences. Managers can do better at teaching them the proper procedure to handling questions.

I ordered a brisket with no cheese and got a brisket WITH cheese and NO sauce. Didn't realize until I got home. Not what I ordered. Not happy. Never had a problem before.

Delivery driver review:I think I've only picked up here one time ever, but when I did they made the fountain drink, which I've seen other Firehouse locations not do. Therefore, this location gets 5 stars.

I'm so disappointed. After a full 10 hour day of traveling by planes, I ordered my food online and picked it up only to make it home and see that my bread was burnt and there was no garlic spread added. I would have eaten the meatballs, but even they tasted burnt. There was no apology just the sentiment to comeback. That wasn't going to happen. Needless to say, I won't be returning for a while.
