Delivery driver review:I think I've only picked up here one time ever, but when I did they made the fountain drink, which I've seen other Firehouse locations not do. Therefore, this location gets 5 stars.

I'm so disappointed. After a full 10 hour day of traveling by planes, I ordered my food online and picked it up only to make it home and see that my bread was burnt and there was no garlic spread added. I would have eaten the meatballs, but even they tasted burnt. There was no apology just the sentiment to comeback. That wasn't going to happen. Needless to say, I won't be returning for a while.

I visit Brentwood, TN for a few days roughly once a month for work. My favorite lunch spot is this Firehouse Subs. Since the one closest to our house in Louisville sucks and we won't go back there, this location more than makes up for those shortcomings.It's about a 3 minute walk from the desk I occupy to this Firehouse Subs.
