i always like Five Guys and this place is like the others I have eaten at. We ate here after a volleyball game against Brentwood. The place is well maintained inside , the staff person who took our order was very friendly, and the food is good. I'm giving this location a 4 instead of a 5 for a couple of reasons. The first was that there was a very long wait for our food. To be fair, there were a number of take-out orders/door dash types coming in to pick up orders that evening, so maybe that impacted our wait time, but I believe the dine in customer should have preference over carry out. Maybe we did and they were just that busy but it was not crowded inside. The second reason was that the ladies bathroom was locked. My wife waited and waited and no one came out. There was no one else in the restaurant who looked like they were waiting on a lady to leave the bathroom. There was no sign on the door which there should have been if the restroom were out of order. Finally my wife decided to just use the men's room. She locked the door from the inside, so that she would have privacy. No one ever came out of the ladies room while we were there, and one other lady tried to use the ladies room while we were there and the door remained locked. My guess is that it was out of order, but they should have posted a sign. Had those things not happened, this would have been rated a 5.

Burgers are sick. (In a good way. We older people have to explain that part.) We know I down some peanuts while waiting. The Fry's are fresh and bad for my diet. But nobody's keeping ME away. The young dude helping us was helpful and kind.

Never have been disappointed here. Good food and large fries portions! One time forgot to order Cajun fries so asked for a cup of Cajun after received order - guy happily prepared one and gave it to me.

When I paid $46 dollars for two cheese burgers and fries I should have to sit in a restaurant that is freezing cold. This is totally unacceptable. Will never go there again!!!
