Called and called 10+ times. They never call you back and never answer their phone. Iris was a much better owner of this shop. I don’t think this bakery wants business.

I ordered petite fours for my husband’s 50th birthday party and Liz was absolutely amazing! I didn’t give her very much notice but once I told her these were my husband’s favorite, she said she would make it happen. They were the talk of the party! Everyone went on and on about how delicious they were. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience ?

I went in today to place an order for some cookies and a cake for my son’s upcoming first birthday. I was surprised to see a new face across the counter, and came to find out that the shop is now under new management. The new owner is SO delightful and kind - which is quite the upgrade from the bitter women who owned this shop for so many years. I was happy to hear that the new owner bought all of the recipes from the previous owner, because the desserts they made were so good. The new owner also offers some amazing vegan options now, too! My family has been loyal to the flour shop for over a decade, and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!

I stumbled upon this bakery by accident while driving by after I picked up my lunch. What a find! Liz is a new owner (purchased this business in March), and she is originally from NJ. Her baked goods are simple but of very high quality (ingredients) and made fresh every morning. It reminded me of those European bakeries I used to frequent. I tried several items and was back for more two days later

It was great when Ms. Iris owned it, but the new owners have a long way to go to match the customer service. We *may* try it again in a few years, but my family has been disappointed twice in the past 7 weeks (and zero times in the 24 years prior to that).

I loved this place under the previous owner and was so glad to hear it passed on to someone new rather than shutting down. The new owner is FANTASTIC! The desserts remain just as good as I remember them, and it’s nice to see the additions the new owner is adding alongside tried and true favorites. Can’t recommend this bakery enough!

So glad to have this place with new ownership that is putting out some great things with more to come. Everything I have tried has been good, but do not miss the Nutella Cream Cheese Bars.

Liz is a GREAT new owner of The Flour Shop. All the same recipes as before- with a few new treats! She is super friendly and has brought new life to the bakery! The fried pies are my favorite, but you can't go wrong with any of the cookies, custom cakes, or breads!

Liz is the NEW owner of the Flour Shop and has given the bakery new life! They are all the same recipes- with a few new delicious treats. She is super friendly and all the baked goods are amazing. Specialties are Petit Fours, fried pies, and custom cakes. There is now indoor seating as well! Go get your baked goods from the Flour Shop!!!!

Under new ownership, my already-favorite custom bakery continues to deliver. Liz helped me in a big way with a tight timeline and delivered an AMAZING cake. She is uber-friendly and VERY customer focused. I’m looking forward to exploring other delightful creations from her kitchen!
