I highly recommend the avocado chicken sandwich. A friend got food poisoning, so idk about the rest of the menu.Vegetarian options: It has food that vegans can eat.
There are angels that work here. A dramatic situation with my husband left me in tears with my three kids as we were eating dinner here - their favorite restaurant. An employee came over and very respectfully said she knew it wasn’t her place, but asked if everything was ok after my husband walked off, asked if I was good, and if I needed anything. I so appreciated this! I didn’t even realize we had drawn attention, but so grateful for this concern ? Another employee came minutes later with a cookie and said, “We hate to see people cry. God bless you.” I’m blown away. This is the community we need in hard times like these. I will never forget these acts of kindness and the love I felt from total strangers in the staff of Jason’s Deli ♥️ My kids have even been talking about how nice those people were.. What an example to them. Well done.

I have been a Jason's Deli loyal customer for many years until today. For delivery, they now implement a $75 minimum. So I ordered through Uber Eats, and was charged heavily for the delivery.My order was 1) Ranchero Manager's Special (Ranchero wrap missing), 2) Cup tomato soup (missing) , and 3) Fruit cup w/ dip (missing). At the time I completed the Uber Eats issue form online for #2 and #3, I was unaware the main part of #1 (the Ranchero wrap) was missing as well. I went back online to modify the refund and was unsuccessful, nor was there a way to contact their customer service, so when I contacted the Franklin Road Jason's Deli in Brentwood, TN, I was punted back to Uber Eats as I used a "third party." Jason's Deli should have caught the incomplete order before it was picked up for delivery to add insult to injury, they were not willing to make it right. Very disappointed, charged for multiple items not received, and still hungry!

The soup was delicious n, I had the cheese broccoli!I also had the zucchini garden p lighter. It didn't have much flavor in it. I wish I would have traded it for some thing else!!

Staff is awesome! Food was so so. Corned beef and pastrami tasted exactly the same! Was very dry. I ended up tossing $40 worth of food in the trash

Came here post-hike per recommendations, around noon on a Saturday. Pretty empty. Ordered first then sat down. Got an Italian Cruz sandwich with jalapeno chips, very small portions for about $9 post-tax. Had salami and ham inside, plus Asiago cheese and some veggies. Didn't really feel full afterward. Did appreciate the free frozen yogurt though! That's neat.
