Things have greatly improved! I don't know if it's new management or what but I stopped visiting in 2019 due to high prices and exceptionally poor quality wings. I no longer actively try to steer our lunch crowd away from here. Nice recovery

I ordered the buffalo shrimp and the waitress charged me extra money for cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. She didn’t tell me it was extra and just added it to the bill.

Crazy expensive, but delicious food. I think it was 17 for a normal burger and fries. Service was a bit lazy, but that means I don't have to tip a lot.

There was a group of six that went in for dinner. The hostess was very nice and told me it would be about five minutes. Told her great. She came back and sat us near bar area. That was at 7:30. We waited for a long while before our waitress even came over and when she did seemed scattered. We ordered right away Needless to say it took our food an hour to come out. Our waitress would disappear for fifteen minutes or more. I had to ask another waitress for refills and mayo. When we asked for our checks it took her three times and they were still wrong when I had to tell Her I would tell Her what everyone had. There were three people on their own tickets and one ticket had three people. Not. Very difficult. Needless to say two and half hours later we left and we won’t be back

Tess was one of the only reasons I frequented this trash restaurant. The food quality has been dropping for a couple of years, the GM is clueless, which is not surprising as it seems that the cluelessness starts from the top. They do not care about integrity or quality, they do not care about their staff, the do not care about their customers. Double check your receipts, they have servers that will change your tip

Their regional manager has no idea how to run a restaurant, they allow servers to change tips on receipts with no consequences, yet fire managers who give everything to their company. I won’t be back. I was a five day a week customer here, Jefferson’s has become a soulless corporation who doesn’t care about quality, or integrity

I enjoyed stopping by Jefferson’s to watch some Titan’s football with family. They have a pretty good selection of food if you aren’t in the mood for wings. While I would easily recommend trying the wings, I would also suggest trying the southwest salad if you’re looking for something green on the menu. This is easily a good place to catch sports with friends if you’re in the Brentwood area and want to keep the vibe feeling more cozy than loud and crowded.

Dry rub wings 5 stars. The brunette with short curly hair and acne face, 1 star. Terrible service and such a pathetic attitude. If you're that miserable, don't be in customer service.
