Swung by this location with my family 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night recently, much to the disdain of the kitchen staff. They were almost done wiping down the counters when we walked in. One female employee gave us the death stare and remarked openly to her colleague that she had already put ‘stuff away’. He remarked that was OK, but she was visibly frustrated with us and continued to make comments to him/herself while glaring at us throughout the ordering process. He managed a professional attitude once he shook off his surprise, but it was a very awkward encounter. She rang up our to-go orders and sent us on our way with plenty of bad looks. Food was still good.

This is the second time I’ve walked out of this shop without my food. I place an online order and show up after 30 min (both times) to find that my food is nowhere near ready. I don’t have another 20 min to wait. Meanwhile someone can walk in off the street and have their sandwich made ahead of mine. This place is not staffed appropriately and they don’t know how to manage the online orders. Avoid at all costs and head to jimmy johns instead.

I just went in and met the 2 nicest people working there. The guy gave me a sandwich recommendation and it was excellent! Him and the young lady working there are awesome! Glad I got to enjoy the meal and service!

My entire order was wrong. I received a club sub with just the meat, cheese, and Mayo. I got no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, and none of the other seasonings or sauces on the sandwhich. Clearly someone was lazy and didn’t care to take 2 extra minutes to add the other topics or at least check that the order was right. It is beyond frustrating receiving a food order that’s wrong.

Walked in and walked out before getting frost bite.

Place is like eating in a freezer. Coldest restaurant I have ever entered. Staff even said they were cold.

The guys working behind the counter today were so kind, fun, upbeat and made it such a fun lunch! I love taking the time to write a review when I leave a place smiling and feeling happy. Thanks guys! Oh and of course we love the food here always!

Never seen anyone move slower in my life. Like watching something out of a movie. Stood here for 15 minutes and only 1 person got their sandwich. Wild. 3 people working and they were just wandering around like they had never been here before in their lives. Took over 30 minutes to get my sandwich and there were only four people in line.

Didn't want to take my order at 850pm. If your closed then be closed. Jersey mikes needs to hire better employees. 0/10

I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff that was working today. They were kind, thorough, and my order was perfect. I rated this store one star because I was appalled at the condescending tone that the manager(?) was using in front of guests to speak to the staff. The vibes were BAD. The guy behind the counter barked at the workers like they were stupid. All of them had their heads down. It was uncomfortable to say the least. I have managed in restaurants for years. Any manager worth their salt is encouraging to their staff. I’m writing this in hopes that he learns that his bad attitude impacts the customer directly.

Too expensive for group sharing 229.00 for 36 sandwiches with only lettuce and tomato!Should offer free delivery!
