I absolutely love the menu here and am a long time customer. However, when there was a miscommunication with my last order, the employees expected me to pay for a replacement order after my original order was messed up. I think it is appalling to expect a customer to pay $12+ for a new order just because they "took a bite" of the order the employee messed up. In the end I got my order fixed by the manager and he was nice about the situation, but I believe he shouldn't have needed to get involved in the first place.

The other recent reviews are right: something weird happened to this place. Their old Brentwood location was unbelievably charming and lovely. The service was always so genuine and kind, and the juices were incredible. Here, the people are kind of weirdly unfriendly, they sometimes close at odd times, and the smoothies are not very good.

The online order service took my order and charged my card 14.50. When I arrived to pick up my order at the scheduled time, it was closed. There is no phone number to call and I live 45 mins away, so I don’t be back in Brentwood anytime soon. That is stealing. Never trust their online ordering system.

Beautiful, calming storefront, kind service, and a wonderful and intriguing menu! I went in looking for something that would help with nausea as I was feeling a little dizzy, and the Healthy Blast smoothie made me feel better almost as immediately as at the first sip! It has ginger, probiotics, spirulina, kale, apple and a few sweet fruits to bring the flavor. I feel so much better! The only thing is that it is a bit pricey, but what isn't nowadays?

I drove 30 minutes with my family before church and Arrived at Juice Bar at 7:55am because they say online and on the door that they open at 8am. I sat until 8:30am out front on a bench and nobody ever showed up to open the store. If you’re going to claim to open at 8am, then I would advise sticking to that. If you or your staff can not arrive until 9am, then change your hours of operation. Have a blessed day.

I've never been a big smoothie purchaser (due to cost and cheap additives at most stores) but now I'm a huge Juice Bar customer. We've been eating at Vui's Kitchen since they started at 100 Oaks but never ventured to the Juice Bar next door to it.... Until a family member had to go on an all liquid diet for a few days. My oh my... what a delightful surprise! So when they opened a Maryland Farms location we were so excited. Everything tastes really good and well balanced in true Vui fashion - the woman truly understands how to achieve that umami taste... even with smoothies! This location is significantly better than the one by Lifetime (Carouthers). Yes you pay more but it's totally worth it because you are paying for real ingredients. I was shocked to discover they don't add any hidden extras or calories (like honey, stevia, agave, and other sugars). So Juice Bar (& one other establishment in town) are my only go to sources for truly healthy smoothies.Btw the Maryland Farms location is well operated. Shout out to the male manager/supervisor who seems to do a great job running this place.

I have visited this newer Brentwood location twice. Three stars because it’s Average. There hasn’t been anything in the “Grab and Go” case to choose from—It’s empty! The smoothies are tasty. But if you’re looking for something a bit more upscale, go to the I Love Juice Bar in Franklin—It’s amazing! We’re spoiled. Their employees are always helpful and friendly. Their “Grab and Go” case is always full with many tasty fresh food choices-fresh hummus/veggies, salad rolls, overnight oats, handy fresh juices in “to go” bottles, healthy snacks and more! There’s always a hot soup- lentil, veggie, etc. to go, too! It’s a 5/5 stars:)!

I made a quick stop in for jusicw as I was beginning a fast the next day. They put my juices in bottles and sent me on my way. The blue spirulina cayenne is sooooooo good! The carrots pineapple and the greens drink we also good. If you go you have to try the Blue Spiraling! You won't be sorry!
We were just passing through and wanted an acai bowl. We found this cute place got a bowl and a shake and got back on the road. Friendliest staff. I'll definitely go back

While I don't care for the new location, I understand why they moved here (foot traffic from hotel, etc). I have been a customer of juice bar since they opened their doors in the original location. The products are consistently good, the service is friendly, and you can earn loyalty points. The best juice and acai bowls in town by far. Please bring back the Thai noodles, Vui! Thank you.

I have been to several “I Love Juice Bar” locations in several states and this location is by far the best. From juices to smoothies to lattes, the freshness and quality of ingredients is superb. You can taste every ingredient in perfect balance. Staff are super friendly too.

I was visiting family in Brentwood when I discovered the I Love Juice Bar in City Park. This cute cafe has everything healthy to start your day including smoothies, juices, & soups. The staff is super friendly & the cafe has a great vibe - very modern & cozy. When I return to Brentwood for Christmas I'll definitely be visiting the I Love Juice Bar - maybe I'll get lucky & get a gift card in my stocking!!
