At 1 pm when I came here for lunch, the kitchen was closed!Very bummed as I have a short break and had already spent a bunch of time looking for parking near this place because I really wanted to have lunch here.They said their cook was on break, which is fine, but still very disappointing as this place was advertised as a lunch spot, so you wouldn’t expect them to only have one cook and for that cook to be on break at 1 pm which is a peak lunch time. They should update their website’s hours to reflect when lunch is actually available as I wouldn’t have come here if I knew I couldn’t get lunch.

Being a connoisseur of coffee and one that chooses what beans to grind each morning, this cafe was very disappointing. I ordered a cup of what they classify as dark roast. It was a very, very weak dark roast. They do not publish what beans are used. They coffee was warm at best. They do not keep their coffee hot after it's brewed. Would not recommend this place for a good cup of straight coffee.

One of the best coffee places in Tennessee. The staff is always super helpful friendly and polite, and always welcomes you like family. Depending on the time of day, it can be a little packed, but that's no issue!

Not a lot of seats, since it was crowded but good food and excellent coffee. The flying pig is good and so are the toffee coffee and cha cha latte. Recommend this place!

We ordered breakfast the girl taking my order was very rude and just kept asking "is that it?" Repeatedly. when I ordered a tiramisau coffee I forgot to ask for oat milk. When I went back to adjust my order the other woman insisted I ordered a cocoa Loco and I had to show her receipt and explain what I ordered. She was then very rude when she was proved wrong and finally adjusted my drink. When I got the coffee it was very bad. I am not sure what she did to it but it was undrinkable. Very disappointing experience I don't think I will be trying just love again unless it's a different location.
Great place to get some work done. Plenty of natural light and plug ins. Food and coffee were delicious.

Your service rates higher than 5 stars (10 stars). Monday I had an MD Appt in Brentwood and my wife was pretty close to drooling since we were coming to Just Love. Unfortunately, we didn't leave my Dr's office until 5:00. She went back today so she's a happy camper. See you Thursday.
I feel bad for the staff at Just Love. They're doing their best, but it's clear that they're understaffed, overworked, underpaid, and probably disrespected by the majority of the clientele that frequents the place. Just recently, during my usual coffee run, one Karen threw a hissy fit because her latte wasn't insta worthy. The audacity of the lone barista/cashier. How dare they not make their drink look a certain way before it got consumed! Take it from me: Just Love is a good coffee shop. If they had more staff, it would be great. The coffee, pastries, and breakfast items are delicious. There's a super welcoming atmosphere despite the stress level exhibited by the staff. Again. Let me point out: they're doing their best. If you're reading this and decide to go, which I hope you do, go in with patience and kindness. There's a chance that the person behind the register is having a bad day fixing overpriced coffee for an underpriced payrate.

The only reason this place gets business is due to its location. 3 people standing behind the counter looking at their phones. Coffee not served to the table, asking customers to clean up their own tables, but requesting tips. Not sure for what since zero guest service is provided here. Food/coffee is nothing special and overpriced.

First time here. Got a large Americano. Very well done with a smooth flavor. Zero bitterness. Sitting right by the counter for 30+ minutes and noticed the 3-member staff is constantly cleaning everything when not taking / filling orders. Major kudos! This is how it's done. A very laid back much quieter vibe than Crema just down the street. Definitely will return.
