I like the place, but each time you go the sushi is inconsistent. I guess it depends on the chef.

Nobody came to serve us , people who clean the tables , they bring food. Food is salty , but won’t come back because of poor service . Waitresses are busy talking to each other .

One of the weaker Kbbq spots I’ve been to looks like the area of Nash isn’t really a good city for kbbq

Delivery | Dinner
I used to like this place and have ordered delivery many times. But this is what they delivered to me on a $30 short ribs order. Burned and dry to the point that I had to throw it away cos I would not even feed my dogs with that. When I called to share that nicely, I would have expected that they would redeliver me a new order but they told me to go pick it up. Hence, I had no dinner for my kid. Unacceptable! Time to go to another Korean restaurant.

We went here for the first time last weekend, everything was ok up until it was time to pay. We gave 2 cards so they could split the payment. While they had our cards, my bank notified me that my card was charged the full amount $109, a little bit after I noticed another charge come in for $54. I couldn’t see the $109 anymore so I figured they had refunded it after realizing they charged my card for the whole bill instead of splitting the bill. I figured since I didn’t see the $109 anymore that I was safe to say they fixed it and charged us both the $54 as planned. Since it was the weekend we couldn’t see everything on our banks, but once Monday hit we realized they charged one of us $54 + a tip and then charged the other person the full amount $109. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the receipt with me because I trusted that they had fixed it the first time when we noticed my card getting charged twice, and one of the charges getting refunded on mine. Tried to dispute it with the other persons bank but the restaurant is saying that it was correct to charge one of us the full bill and the other half which makes no sense. It doesn’t help that the person who got charged extra isn’t from here or we would go in person to try to get it resolved. There’s just no way that when you go to look at your tickets there’s no history of charging a $109 tab, on 2 different cards 3-4 times. It should show that one card was charged $109 and the other $54..over charging one of us by an extra $54. Needless to say, if you’re going to come here keep your receipts and check your bank account before leaving and the day after because you might notice extra charges. Or just don’t ask to split a bill up because something will get mixed up and someone will be out more money than they should be or you’ll wake up to a surprise extra charge. We provided the day, times and proof of both of our bank accounts being charged to help narrow down the search history of tickets to see what happened but nothing has been done to solve the situation.

Tonight’s dinner experience was awful to say the least. We got to dinner around 8:35pm knowing they close at 10pm on Friday nights. Figured it was plenty of time to eat for the six of us (4 adults & 2 children). As soon as we were seated, I ordered the items on their self service kiosk. One by one, from the appetizer to the main entrees all came out by this time it was 9:10pm. We were the only table at the time, I rang their call bell for service, no one came to assist. All the servers (4-5) were standing around talking to each other or watching tv. Some of the servers didn’t speak English so they had to grab another server to help translate. It seemed like they either didn’t want to serve/work or be there. At 9:24pm, owner/manager came by the table and said they close at 10pm and that we needed to pay our check soon. Immediately, I felt rushed so I went ahead and paid for our dinner but noticed he added 20% gratuity. I have no problem with gratuity or paying for it. The problem I have is the lack of service they provide to the customers and then urgently telling us to pay when we weren’t close to finishing up with our meals. Not to mention, they wanted us to get done and leave their establishment so I rang the call bell to ask for to go containers, again no one came by. My mom and sister grabbed the containers instead from the table behind them. From the moment food was ordered on the self service kiosk, everything else was self service. Not sure the point of call bell when no one answers and checks on the tables.
Service is terrible, manager is absurdly rude, & food is mediocre. It’s self service but will require 20% gratuity for party of six or more regardless if they serve or not.

One of my top 3 Korean places in the Nashville area. Been here for both individual dishes as well as for the kbbq. Food and meat quality are always high, and always tastes delicious. Staff is very nice and friendly. You can cook the meats yourself or they can do it for you. The space itself is small an cozy so always packed.

The food tasted amazing, and fresh, and the service was outstanding. The meat was plenty and grilled for us at our table, which they got just right. The side dishes were tasty and before it was even empty we were asked if we wanted refills. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also nice with Korean music playing in the background and groups of people enjoying their meals together. Definitely recommend, and we will come back here again.

My son and I went for lunch, and despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was terrible. Several servers were just standing around, chatting and watching TV, completely ignoring us. After 20 minutes of waiting with no acknowledgment, I had to go ask if we were even going to be served. What made the experience worse was seeing other tables, all of them Asian, getting served promptly while we were left waiting. The lack of attention and respect was extremely disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

How this place only has 4.3 stars, idk. Everything was awesome! Went in w/o a reservation on a Sat night and they were able to accommodate us. The food was good. But most of all, our server, Mook, was outstanding! If you want excellent service at Korean BBQ, ask for Mook’s section. She’s on top of her game with a great smile. She made our night. Mook was the main reason I gave 5 stars.
