DON’T GO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR WARM DONUTS OR ARE TRYING TO GET IN AND OUT QUICKLY.
This store has to be one of the most poorly run stores in the company, which is really a shame because the location has a lot of potential (Franklin, TN).
If we wanted cold donuts we’d go to Dunkin.
I wish a Shipley’s would come to town.

The staff is slow and despite having ordered online it’s still a process to go through in order to retrieve the order

Waited 20 minutes in line for cold (in the fridge type) donuts! Saw an employee lock the front door too so only drive thru was open at 4 pm on a Saturday! I love Krispy Kreme but this was not a great experience at all:/

The donuts are great but this location has some issues with their close times. On Google and on their website, it is stated that they close at 10pm on a Saturday. Upon arriving at the store, on multiple occasions, I was sent away with slightly rude attitudes each time and told they closed at 9pm. It has been months since this first happened.

False advertisement. Never have the cinnamon rolls despite saying they do.
Doesn't live up to the hype anymore. The freshness just never seems to be there. Specialty donuts are a rare find and employees frequently kinda mess stuff up.

Ordered a dozen of the 12 Pop Tart donuts and 24 donut dots for the office today. Paid $38.92 for old, stale donuts and they didn’t have the dots so they gave me more stale donuts. With Uber eats it all ended up being $53.82. Total waste of time & money. I don’t understand how they stay in business. Save yourself money and either get something healthier elsewhere or accept the fact that you’re paying a premium for a cheap, unhealthy product and they can’t even get it right.

Just attempted to place an order in the drivethru for 2 donuts. There was 1 car ahead of us. We waited for several minutes before being greeted. We placed the order and waited several more minutes without ever hearing another word from the employee. Customer service is apparently nonexistent there. No Krispy Kreme for us.
I Ordered Christmas donuts ahead of time around 10am. I Paid for them as well. Showed up at 3pm (my chosen time) to get them and I was told in person guests get priority over pre ordered and pre paid donuts. That doesn’t make sense to me? I already paid. They said they could only give me what’s in the case. So then what was the point of me pre ordering if you fill it when I arrive?! I don’t get it.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing to pick up order and workers closed the store early. Do better.

Imagine a donut shop without donuts. 9:00 a.m. and no regular glazed or chocolate glazed donuts. Neither production person showed up on the night shift to make donuts. The girl in the Drive-Thru interrupted me during my question, didn't give total $ amount for my order, and didn't give me any napkins. I'd find a new store manager (regional mgr too?) and pretty much clean house. Won't be back.

Out of donuts you paid for and we will just give you random ones. “Isn’t allowed to say they are out” whatever that means. read the other reviews and don’t waste your time here. Was wondering why it was so dead at peak breakfast time
